Abstract
Description
상기 건물에는, 상기 제1열교환기가 장착되는 실내측; 상기 실내측의 일측에 형성되며, 상기 제2열교환기가 장착되는 실외측; 상기 실내측과 상기 실외측에 설치되는 공조실의 일측면에 형성되어 외부의 신선한 공기가 상기 공조실의 내부로 유입되는 통로인 외기유입구; 상기 외기유입구와 연통되도록 설치되어, 외부 공기의 유동을 안내하는 외기공급관; 상기 외기공급관에 장착되어 실내 공간의 공기 오염도에 따라 외부 공기의 유량을 제어하는 외기제어댐퍼; 상기 실내측에서 조화된 공기가 실내 공간으로 유동되도록 안내하는 토출덕트; 및 상기 실내 공간의 공기가 상기 실내측으로 유동되도록 안내하는 흡입덕트; 가 더 구비된다.
상기 냉매안내수단은, 상기 압축기와 제1열교환기를 연결하는 배관과, 상기 제1열교환기와 제2열교환기를 연결하는 배관 사이에 구비되어, 냉매의 유동을 안내하는 3방향 밸브; 상기 3방향 밸브의 포트 중 어느 하나와 연통되도록 체결되어, 상기 압축기에서 토출되는 냉매가 상기 3방향 밸브의 내부로 유동되도록 안내하는 냉매안내관; 및 상기 압축기와 제1열교환기를 연결하는 배관과, 상기 제1열교환기와 제2열교환기를 연결하는 배관에 장착되어 냉매의 유동을 제어하는 냉매안내밸브; 를 포함하여 구성된다.

- 건물의 외부 공간에 설치되고, 물을 냉각하여 냉각수를 생성하는 냉각탑;물을 가열하여 온수를 생성하는 보일러;상기 건물 내부의 공기 조화를 위한 실내 공간의 공기와 냉매가 열교환되는 제1열교환기를 가지는 실내기;상기 냉매가 물과 열교환되는 판 형상의 제2열교환기와, 상기 제2열교환기의 결빙을 방지하기 위하여 공급되는 전원에 의해 발열하는 히터로 구성되는 결빙방지장치와, 상기 냉매를 압축하면서 변속 운전하는 인버터 압축기가 동작하고 부하 용량을 초과하게 되면 정속 압축기가 동작하도록 제어되는 압축기를 가지는 실외기;상기 냉각탑과 상기 보일러로부터 물을 상기 제2열교환기로 공급하는 물공급관; 및상기 제2열교환기로부터 상기 냉매와 열교환된 물을 회수하는 물회수관; 을 포함하여 구성되는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 건물의 외부 공간에 설치되고, 물을 냉각하여 냉각수를 생성하는 냉각탑;물을 가열하여 온수를 생성하는 보일러;상기 건물 내부의 공기 조화를 위한 실내 공간의 공기와 냉매가 열교환되는 제1열교환기를 가지는 실내기;상기 냉매가 물과 열교환되는 판 형상의 제2열교환기와, 상기 제2열교환기의 결빙을 방지하는 결빙방지장치와, 상기 냉매를 압축하는 압축기를 가지는 실외기;상기 냉각탑과, 상기 보일러로부터 물을 상기 제2열교환기로 공급하는 물공급관; 및상기 제2열교환기로부터 상기 냉매와 열교환된 물을 회수하는 물회수관; 을 포함하고,상기 결빙방지장치는,난방 작동시 상기 압축기에서 고온 고압으로 압축되는 냉매가 상기 제1열교환기를 경유하지 않고, 상기 제2열교환기로 유입되도록 안내하는 냉매안내수단으로 구성되는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 히터는 제2열교환기의 내부 공간에서 유동되는 물의 온도가 설정온도 이하일 때 동작하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 냉매안내수단은,상기 압축기와 제1열교환기를 연결하는 배관과, 상기 제1열교환기와 제2열교환기를 연결하는 배관 사이에 구비되어, 냉매의 유동을 안내하는 3방향 밸브;상기 3방향 밸브의 포트 중 어느 하나와 연통되도록 체결되어, 상기 압축기에서 토출되는 냉매가 상기 3방향 밸브의 내부로 유동되도록 안내하는 냉매안내관; 및상기 압축기와 제1열교환기를 연결하는 배관과, 상기 제1열교환기와 제2열교환기를 연결하는 배관에 장착되어 냉매의 유동을 제어하는 냉매안내밸브; 를 포함하여 구성되는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 건물의 외부 공간에 설치되고, 물을 냉각하여 냉각수를 생성하는 냉각탑;물을 가열하여 온수를 생성하는 보일러;상기 건물 내부의 공기 조화를 위한 실내 공간의 공기와 냉매가 열교환되는 제1열교환기를 가지는 실내기;상기 냉매가 물과 열교환되는 판 형상의 제2열교환기와, 상기 제2열교환기의 결빙을 방지하기 위하여 상기 제2열교환기의 내부 공간에 유동되는 물을 외부 공간으로 강제 배출하는 배출수단과, 냉매를 압축하는 압축기를 가지는 실외기;상기 냉각탑과 상기 보일러로부터 물을 상기 제2열교환기로 공급하는 물공급관; 및상기 제2열교환기로부터 상기 냉매와 열교환된 물을 회수하는 물회수관; 을 포함하여 구성되는 공기조화기.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 배출수단은,상기 제2열교환기의 내부 공간과 연통되도록 성형되어, 제2열교환기의 외부로 배출되는 통로가 되는 배수부와;상기 배수부에 장착되어 배수부를 선택적으로 개폐하는 배수밸브와;상기 제2열교환기의 내부 공간에 수용되는 물을 강제 배출시키는 배수펌프를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 배수펌프는 상기 배수밸브가 차폐된 상태에서 작동되도록 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 배수밸브는 상기 제2열교환기의 내부 공간으로 유입되는 물의 온도가 설정온도 이하일 때 상기 배수부를 차폐하도록 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 건물의 외부 공간에 설치되고, 물을 냉각하여 냉각수를 생성하는 냉각탑;물을 가열하여 온수를 생성하는 보일러;상기 건물 내부의 공기 조화를 위한 실내 공간의 공기와 냉매가 열교환되는 제1열교환기를 가지는 실내기;상기 냉매가 물과 열교환되는 판 형상의 제2열교환기와, 상기 제2열교환기의 결빙을 방지하는 결빙방지장치와, 상기 냉매를 압축하면서 변속 운전하는 인버터 압축기가 동작하고 부하 용량을 초과하게 되면 정속 압축기가 동작하도록 제어되는 압축기를 가지는 실외기;상기 냉각탑과 상기 보일러로부터 물을 상기 제2열교환기로 공급하는 물공급관; 및상기 제2열교환기로부터 상기 냉매와 열교환된 물을 회수하는 물회수관; 을 포함하고,상기 결빙방지장치는,난방 운전시 상기 압축기로부터 압축된 냉매의 일부를 상기 제2열교환기의 내부 공간으로 안내하는 냉매우회관과,상기 냉매우회관에 장착되어 상기 냉매우회관을 선택적으로 개폐하는 우회관밸브를 포함하여 구성되는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 냉매우회관의 일단부는 액냉매를 걸러내는 어큐뮬레이터의 입구측으로 냉매의 유동을 안내하는 핫가스관과 연통되도록 성형되며,상기 냉매우회관의 타단부는 상기 제2열교환기의 냉매입구와 연통되도록 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 우회관밸브는 상기 제2열교환기의 내부 공간으로 공급되는 물의 온도에 따라 상기 냉매우회관을 선택적으로 개폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항 또는 제 13 항 또는 제 17 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 제2열교환기의 일측에는 상기 제2열교환기의 내부에서 유동되는 물의 방향과 대향되는 방향으로 냉매가 유동되도록 하는 냉매방향제어수단이 제공되는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 냉매방향제어수단은 상기 제2열교환기의 내부 공간으로 냉매가 유입되는 통로인 냉매입구와 연통되도록 장착되는 4방향밸브임을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항 또는 제 13 항 또는 제 17 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 제2열교환기의 일측에는 상기 제2열교환기의 내부 공간으로 유동하는 물의 유량을 감지하는 유동감지수단이 더 제공되는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 유동감지수단은 상기 제2열교환기의 내부 공간으로 물이 공급되는 통로인 물공급부에 장착되는 플로터스위치임을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 플로터스위치는 상기 제2열교환기의 내부에서 냉매와 열교환된 물이 회수되는 통로인 물회수부에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항 또는 제 13 항 또는 제 17 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 제2열교환기의 일측에는 실내 공간의 부하 용량에 따라 상기 냉매와 열교환되는 물의 유량을 제어하는 유량제어수단이 더 제공되는 수냉식 공기조화기.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 유량제어수단은,상기 제2열교환기의 일면에 성형되는 상기 물공급관에 열림정도가 제어되도록 장착되는 유량제어밸브임을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 공기조화기.
