Abstract
질량%로, C:0.04∼0.12%, Ni:0(무첨가)∼5.0%, Cr:12.0∼17.0%, N:0(무첨가)∼0.10%, Si:0.2∼2.0%, Mn:2.0% 이하, Cu:0(무첨가)∼2.0%, P:0.06% 이하, S:0.006% 이하를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어진 성분 조성을 가진 스테인리스강재를 모재로 한다. 또한, 모상을 페라이트상 또는 마텐자이트상의 단상 조직, 페라이트상 및 마텐자이트상의 복상 조직중의 어느 하나로 구성한다. 이 모재의 단부를 접합부로서 용융 용접하여 조관한다. 모상은, 결정립계 및 결정립 내에 탄화물이 균일하게 석출하며, 고용C량이 0.03질량% 이하이다.
Description
이 모재의 단부를 접합부로서 용융 용접함으로써 조관된 것으로서,
상기 모재는, 600∼850℃의 범위의 온도에서 1회째의 열처리가 실시되고, 이 1회째의 열처리 후에 냉간압연이 실시되며, 이 냉간압연 후에 이 1회째의 열처리 온도로부터의 온도차가 재료 온도로 50℃ 이내에서 2회째의 열처리가 실시됨으로써, 상기 모상의 결정립계 및 결정립 내에서 탄화물이 균일하게 석출되고 또한 고용C량이 0.03% 이하로 조정되어 조관시의 가공성의 저하가 방지되고,
상기 접합부는, 용융 용접에 의한 용융 조직을 가진 고강도 스테인리스 파이프이다.

- 질량%로, C:0.04∼0.12%, Ni:5.0% 이하, Cr:12.0∼17.0%, N:0.10% 이하, Si:0.2∼2.0%, Mn:0% 초과∼2.0% 이하, Cu:2.0% 이하, P:0.06% 이하, S:0.006% 이하를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지며, 모상이 페라이트상의 단상 조직, 마르텐사이트상의 단상 조직, 페라이트상 및 마르텐사이트상의 복상 조직중의 어느 하나로 구성된 스테인리스강재를 모재로 하고,
이 모재의 단부를 접합부로서 용융 용접함으로써 조관된 것으로서,
