Claims (6)
- 엔진으로부터 회전력을 입력 받고 링기어(R)를 일체로 구비한 프라이머리휠(PW)과;
상기 링기어(R)와 동심축으로 배치된 선기어(S)를 구비한 세컨더리휠(SW)과;
상기 링기어(R)와 선기어(S)에 사이에 치합되는 다수 유성기어(P)의 회전축을 연결한 캐리어(C)와;
상기 캐리어(C)와 상기 세컨더리휠(SW) 사이의 상대 회동시 탄성력을 제공할 수 있도록 설치된 댐핑스프링(1);을 포함하고,
상기 캐리어(C)는
상기 유성기어(P)의 회전축이 고정되어 있는 베이스플레이트(5)와;
상기 베이스플레이트(5)로부터 반경방향 외측으로 돌출되어 댐핑 스프링(1)의 단부를 가압할 수 있도록 된 가압돌기(7)를 포함하여 구성되고;
상기 세컨더리휠(SW)은
상기 캐리어(C)의 베이스플레이트(5) 및 가압돌기(7)를 감싸면서 상기 댐핑스프링(1)을 원호상으로 가이드하는 형상으로 형성되고;
상기 선기어(S)가 구비되는 중심축(9)이 일체로 연결된 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 플라이휠. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 선기어(S)는 원웨이클러치(3)를 통하여 상기 세컨더리휠(SW)에 연결되고;
상기 원웨이클러치(3)는 상기 프라이머리휠(PW)로 입력되는 엔진으로부터의 회전력 방향과 반대방향의 회전을 구속하도록 설치된 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 플라이휠. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 캐리어(C)의 베이스플레이트(5) 내경부는 지지베어링(11)을 통해 상기 세컨더리휠(SW)의 중심축(9)상에 상대회전 가능한 상태로 지지되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 플라이휠. - 엔진으로부터의 회전력을 입력 받는 한 회전요소와, 상기 회전요소로부터의 회전력을 전달받고 상호간의 상대회전이 탄성적으로 지지되는 다른 두 회전요소를 구비한 유성기어장치(PG)를 포함하여 구성되고;
상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 적어도 두 회전요소는 각각 자체가 회전 관성력을 형성하는 프라이머리휠(PW)과 세컨더리휠(SW)을 구성하되,
상기 유성기어장치(PG)의 캐리어는
상기 유성기어(P)의 회전축이 고정되어 있는 베이스플레이트(5)와;
상기 베이스플레이트(5)로부터 반경방향 외측으로 돌출되어 댐핑 스프링(1)의 단부를 가압할 수 있도록 된 가압돌기(7)를 포함하여 구성되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 플라이휠. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 유성기어장치(PG)는
엔진으로부터의 회전력을 입력받도록 크랭크샤프트에 연결되는 링기어(R)가 상기 프라이머리휠(PW)을 구성하고;
선기어(S)가 상기 세컨더리휠(SW)을 구성하면서 동력을 인출하도록 구성되며;
캐리어(C)는 상기 선기어(S)와의 상대회동이 가능한 상태로 설치되고;
상기 캐리어(C)와 선기어(S)의 사이에는 캐리어(C)와 선기어(S)의 상대회동을 탄성적으로 지지하는 댐핑스프링(1)이 구비된 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 플라이휠.
