Claims (5)
- 마그네틱을 구비한 회전자; 상기 회전자의 위치를 검출하기 위한 위치검출소자; 상기 회전자를 회전시키는 토크를 발생시키는 아마추어코일; 및 상기 회전자를 감싸며 자로를 형성하는 고정자;를 포함하며,상기 마그네틱은, N/S극의 분리선(LM)을 기준으로 N극과 S극이 절반씩 상호 맞붙어 있는 링형으로 구성되고,상기 위치검출소자(30)는, 홀센서(Hall sensor)로 구성되며, N/S극 분리선(LM)의 위치를 감지하고,상기 아마추어코일은, A상(A-A')과 B상(B-B')으로 구성되며, 상기 위치검출소자가 제공하는 N/S극의 분리선의 위치정보를 이용하여, 구형파 전압이 180도 간격으로 한 회전당 2회씩 A상(A-A')과 B상(B-B')에 교대로 인가되며,상기 고정자(20)는, 회전자(10)의 기동 및 정확한 회전을 위해, 회전자(10)의 위치를 감지하기 위한 공극 2개(S1,S2)가 상호 마주보며 형성되고, 2개의 개구(H1,H2)가 상호 마주보며 형성되고,상기 마그네틱의 표면자속밀도분포는 상기 회전자의 회전각도에 따라 사다리꼴(Trapezoidal form)로 변하고,상기 마그네틱의 표면자속밀도분포의 기울기는,상기 회전자의 회전각도가 0도에서 45도로 증가할 경우 40도 내지 45도이며, 상기 회전자의 회전각도가 135도에서 225도로 증가할 경우 -40도 내지 -45도이며, 상기 회전자의 회전각도가 315도에서 360도로 증가할 경우 40도 내지 45도인 것을 특징으로 하는 비엘디씨 모터.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마그네틱의 표면자속밀도분포의 기울기는,상기 회전자의 회전각도가 45도에서 135도로 증가할 경우 0도이며, 상기 회전자의 회전각도가 225도에서 315도로 증가할 경우 0도인 것을 특징으로 하는 비엘디씨 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마그네틱의 N극에서 표면자속밀도분포의 크기는,상기 회전자의 회전각도가 0도에서 45도로 증가할 경우 0가우스에서 900 내지 1200가우스로 증가하고, 상기 회전자의 회전각도가 45도에서 135도로 증가할 경우 900 내지 1200가우스를 유지하고, 상기 회전자의 회전각도가 135도에서 180도로 증가할 경우 900~1200가우스에서 0가우스로 감소하며,상기 마그네틱의 S극에서 표면자속밀도분포의 크기는,상기 회전자의 회전각도가 180도에서 225도로 증가할 경우 0가우스에서 900 내지 1200가우스로 증가하고, 상기 회전자의 회전각도가 225도에서 315도로 증가할 경우 900 내지 1200가우스를 유지하고, 상기 회전자의 회전각도가 315도에서 360도로 증가할 경우 900~1200가우스에서 0가우스로 감소하는 비엘디씨 모터.
