Claims (6)
- 외층, 중층 및 내층의 3개 층으로 이루어진 폴리에틸렌층 및 상기 외층에 합지된 알루미늄층 및 나일론 층으로 이루어지고,
상기 외층은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 함유하는 외층 형성 조성물로 이루어지고,
상기 중층은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 2종을 함유하는 중층 형성 조성물로 이루어지고, 그리고
상기 내층은 중밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 함유하는 내층 형성 조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 제품 포장용 폴리에틸렌 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외층 형성 조성물은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 25 내지 75중량부 및 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 25 내지 75중량부로 함유하는 것이고,
상기 중층 형성 조성물은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 25 내지 75중량부 및 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 25 내지 75중량부로 함유하는 것이거나, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 25 내지 50중량부, 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 25내지 50중량부 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 25 내지 50중량부로 함유하는 것이며,
상기 내층 형성 조성물은 중밀도 폴리에틸렌 100중량부로 이루어지거나, 중밀도 폴리에틸렌 25 내지 75중량부 및 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 25 내지 75중량부로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 제품 포장용 폴리에틸렌 필름. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄층, 나일론층, 외층, 중층 및 내층의 두께는 각각 전체 폴리에틸렌 필름의 전체 두께 대비 5 내지 30%, 5 내지 30%, 10 내지 50%, 25% 내지 70% 및 10 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 제품 포장용 폴리에틸렌 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 그 용융 지수가 0.1 내지 10 g/10 min.이고, 밀도가 0.941 내지 0.965 g/cm3 이고,
상기 중밀도 폴리에틸렌은 그 용융 지수가 0.1 내지 10 g/10 min.이고, 밀도가 0.926 내지 0.940 g/cm3 이고,
상기 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 그 용융 지수가 0.1 내지 10 g/10 min.이고, 그 밀도가 0.910 내지 0.925 g/cm3 이고, 그리고
상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 그 용융 지수가 0.3 내지 10 g/10 min.이고, 그 밀도가 0.918 내지 0.925 g/cm3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 제품 포장용 폴리에틸렌 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내층 형성 조성물은 탄소나노튜브를 더 포함하고, 탄소나노튜브 0.1 내지 10중량부, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 30 내지 60중량부 및 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 30 내지 60중량부로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 제품 포장용 폴리에틸렌 필름. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항의 디스플레이 제품 포장용 폴리에틸렌 필름으로 이루어진 디스플레이 제품 포장용 백.
