Claims (9)
- 축전 시스템으로서,축전 장치와,상기 축전 장치와 방전 부하 사이에 형성되고, 상기 축전 장치로부터 상기 방전 부하에 공급하는 전력을 제어할 수 있는 전력 변환 장치와,상기 축전 장치의 이상 (異常) 을 검지하는 전지 감시 회로를 구비하고,상기 방전 부하는, 상기 축전 장치와 독립적으로 제공되고,상기 전지 감시 회로에 의해 상기 축전 장치의 이상이 검지된 경우에, 정격 전류의 1/10의 전류값 이하로 전력을 상기 방전 부하 및 상기 전력 변환 장치의 내부에 제공되는 내부 부하에 공급하고,상기 축전 장치는, 직렬로 접속되는 복수의 전지 셀과, 각 상기 전지 셀에 대응하여 형성되고, 전지 셀 간의 셀 전압을 균등화하는 전압 균등화 회로를 구비하고,상기 전지 감시 회로는, 상기 전지 셀의 이상을 검지한 경우에, 상기 전압 균등화 회로를, 적어도 이상을 검지한 상기 전지 셀을 방전시키도록 작동시키는, 축전 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축전 장치와 상기 전력 변환 장치를 전기적으로 접속 및 절단하는 스위칭부를 갖고,상기 전지 감시 회로는, 상기 축전 장치의 전압이 소정값 이하로 된 경우에, 상기 스위칭부를 작동시켜, 상기 축전 장치와 상기 전력 변환 장치의 전기적 접속을 절단하는, 축전 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축전 장치의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출부를 구비하고,상기 전력 변환 장치는, 상기 축전 장치의 온도에 따라 방전의 전류값을 변경하는, 축전 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 전력 변환 장치는, 상기 축전 장치의 온도가 온도 상한값에 도달한 경우에, 방전을 정지하는, 축전 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축전 장치는, 직렬로 접속되는 복수의 전지 셀을 구비하고,각 상기 전지 셀에는, 상기 전지 감시 회로에 의해 제어되는 전압 균등화 회로가 각각 형성되어 있고,상기 전지 감시 회로는, 상기 전력 변환 장치에 의한 방전이 실시됨으로써 상기 축전 장치의 전압이 소정값 이하로 된 경우에, 각 상기 전압 균등화 회로를 작동시키는, 축전 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 축전 장치는, 직렬로 접속되는 복수의 전지 셀을 구비하고,각 상기 전지 셀에는, 상기 전지 감시 회로에 의해 제어되는 전압 균등화 회로가 각각 형성되어 있고,상기 전지 감시 회로는, 상기 전력 변환 장치가 방전을 정지한 후에, 각 상기 전압 균등화 회로를 작동시키는, 축전 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,각 상기 전지 셀의 온도를 검지하는 온도 검출부를 구비하고,상기 전지 감시 회로는, 상기 전지 셀의 온도에 따라 방전의 전류값을 제어하는, 축전 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전압 균등화 회로는, 이상이 검지된 상기 전지 셀의 에너지를, 트랜스를 통하여 다른 정상적인 전지 셀에 공급하는 트랜스 방식의 회로인, 축전 시스템.
