Claims (20)
- 엔진에서 나와 라디에이터로 고온냉각수를 배출하는 고온냉각수라인과, 상기 라디에이터에서 나와 상기 엔진으로 이어져 저온냉각수를 상기 엔진으로 순환시키는 저온냉각수라인과, 상기 고온냉각수를 이용하여 열을 발산하는 히터코어를 포함한 엔진계와;
자동변속기에서 나와 자동변속기유를 열교환기로 배출하는 ATF배출라인과, 상기 열교환기에서 나와 상기 자동변속기로 이어져 상기 자동변속기유를 상기 자동변속기로 순환시키는 ATF공급라인을 포함한 변속계와;
상기 엔진에서 나오는 엔진열을 이용하는 배기열회수기와;
상기 엔진과 상기 배기열회수기 및 상기 히터코어와 상기 엔진을 연결해주는 엔진계순환라인과, 상기 엔진과 상기 배기열회수기 및 상기 열교환기와 상기 엔진을 연결해주는 변속계순환라인을 갖추고, 상기 엔진계와 상기 변속계사이를 서로 이어주는 유로구간을 형성하는 순환흐름계와;
엔진시동시 차량 정보를 제공받는 ECU의 제어로 개폐되어, 상기 순환흐름계의 유로구간을 다양한 냉각수 순환흐름경로로 형성시켜주도록 적어도 1개 이상의 입력포트와 출력포트를 갖는 제어밸브;를 포함하며,
상기 엔진계순환라인은 상기 엔진에서 상기 제어밸브의 또 다른 입력포트로 이어진 저온연결라인과, 상기 제어밸브의 다른 출력포트에서 나온 바이패스라인과, 상기 제어밸브의 또 다른 출력포트에서 나와 상기 히터코어로 이어진 히터코어연결라인과, 상기 히터코어에서 나와 상기 엔진으로 이어지고 상기 바이패스라인과 연결되는 통합라인으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통합 열관리 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 배기열회수기는 상기 엔진에 직접연결되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통합 열관리 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 ECU는 상기 냉각수온도와 상기 자동변속기유온도를 이용해 상기 제어밸브를 개폐제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통합 열관리 시스템.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 변속계순환라인은 상기 엔진에서 상기 배기열회수기로 이어진 고온유입라인과, 상기 배기열회수기에서 상기 제어밸브의 입력포트로 이어진 고온연결라인과, 상기 제어밸브의 출력포트에서 나와 상기 열교환기로 이어진 열교환기공급라인과, 상기 열교환기에서 나와 상기 엔진으로 연결되어진 열교환기배출라인으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통합 열관리 시스템.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 고온유입라인은 상기 엔진에서 나오는 고온냉각수라인에 연결되고, 상기 열교환기배출라인은 상기 엔진으로 들어가는 저온냉각수라인에 연결되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통합 열관리 시스템.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 저온연결라인과 상기 통합라인은 상기 엔진으로 들어가는 상기 저온냉각수라인에 연결되고, 상기 저온연결라인과 상기 통합라인사이에는 써모스탯이 위치되며, 상기 통합라인과 상기 엔진사이로는 상기 열교환기에서 나와 상기 엔진으로 연결되어진 열교환기배출라인이 위치되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 통합 열관리 시스템.
