Claims (10)
- 드릴링 작업 중에 가공대상물에 맞물리는 각진 절삭 에지(6)의 내부 립(8)과 외부 립(9)이 이루는 각(14)의 측면들을 형성하는 적어도 하나의 내부 립(8)과 하나의 외부 립(9)을 가지는 드릴링 인서트(1)에 있어서,핌플 형상의 볼록부(10)로서 설계된 중심점이 상기 각(14)의 정점에 제공되고 상기 볼록부(10)의 측면들은 각각 상기 내부 립(8)과 상기 외부 립(9)으로 직접 이어지는 볼록부 내부 립(11)과 볼록부 외부 립(12)을 형성하며,상기 드릴링 인서트는 삼각형의 외측 형상을 가지며,각진 절삭 에지(6)의 내부 립(8)과 외부 립(9)이 이루는 각(14) 은 180°미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴링 인서트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 볼록부 내부 립(11)과 볼록부 외부 립(12) 사이의 내부각(13)이 상기 내부 립(8)과 상기 외부 립(9) 사이의 상기 각(14)보다 작게 되도록, 상기 볼록부 내부 립(11)은 상기 내부 립(8)으로 이어지고 상기 볼록부 외부 립(12)은 상기 외부 립(9)으로 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴링 인서트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 내부 각(13)의 정점은 상기 볼록부 내부 립(11)과 상기 볼록부 외부 립(12) 사이에서 핌플 형상의 돌출부(15)로서 둥글게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴링 인서트.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 내부 립(8)과 상기 외부 립(9)은 서로에 대하여 대칭적으로 배열되며 상기 볼록부 내부 립(11)과 상기 볼록부 외부 립(12)도 서로에 대하여 대칭적으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴링 인서트.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 볼록부 내부 립(11)과 상기 볼록부 외부 립(12), 및 상기 내부 립(8)과 상기 외부 립(9)이 핌플 형상의 돌출부(15)에 대해 대칭적으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴링 인서트.
- 제1항에 있어서,동작 중에 발생하는 절삭력들이 서로 상쇄되도록 상기 내부 립(8), 상기 외부 립(9), 상기 볼록부 내부 립(11) 및 상기 볼록부 외부 립(12)의 배열은 서로에 대하여 비대칭적으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴링 인서트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 볼록부(10)에 위치된 측면의 영역에 크리어런스부(clearance)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴링 인서트.
- 제1항에 있어서,둘 또는 그 이상의 절삭 에지(6)들을 가지는 인덱스 가능한 팁을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴링 인서트.
- 제1항에 따른 드릴링 인서트를 가지는 드릴링 공구에 있어서,핌플 형상의 볼록부(10)가 상기 절삭 에지(6)를 위한 중심점으로서 전방으로 향하는 방식으로, 상기 드릴링 인서트(1)가 드릴링 인서트를 수용하기 위한 인서트 시트(4)에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴링 공구.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 드릴링 인서트(1)는 인데스가능한 팁으로 이루어지고, 상기 드릴링 인서트는 사용되지 않는 절삭 날(6)의 적어도 하나의 볼록부(10)는 상기 인서트 시트(4)에 형성된 두 개의 인서트 지지면들(7) 사이에 배열된 모서리 구멍(17)으로 적어도 부분적으로 수용되는 방식으로 인서트 시트(4)에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴링 공구.
