Description
Claims (15)
- 제 1 방향으로 연장되며, 지그재그 모양을 가지는 게이트 배선;제 2 방향으로 연장되고 상기 게이트 배선과 교차하여 화소 영역을 정의하는 데이터 배선;상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선의 교차점에 형성된 박막 트랜지스터;상기 화소 영역에 형성되고 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되는 화소 전극을 포함하며,상기 화소 영역은 평행사변형 모양을 가지며, 상기 게이트 배선과 상기 데이터 배선 중 어느 하나는, 나머지 하나에 수직한 방향으로부터 동일한 방향으로 틸트된 다수의 제1부분과, 상기 제1부분 사이에 상기 나머지 하나와 평행하며 중첩하는 제2부분을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선은 90도 보다 크고 100도 이하인 교차각을 가지는 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극은 빛을 반사시키는 물질로 이루어진 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소 영역에 형성되고 투과홀을 가지는 반사판을 더 포함하며, 상기 화소 전극은 투명한 도전 물질로 이루어지는 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 이격되어 마주 대하는 제 1 및 제 2 기판;상기 제 1 기판의 안쪽면에 형성되고, 제 1 방향으로 연장되며, 지그재그 모양을 가지는 게이트 배선;제 2 방향으로 연장되고 상기 게이트 배선과 교차하여 평행사변형 모양의 화소 영역을 정의하는 데이터 배선;상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선의 교차점에 형성된 박막 트랜지스터;상기 화소 영역에 형성되고 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되는 화소 전극;상기 제 2 기판의 안쪽면에 형성되어 있으며 상기 화소 영역에 대응하는 컬러필터층;상기 컬러필터층 상에 형성된 공통 전극을 포함하고,상기 게이트 배선과 상기 데이터 배선 중 어느 하나는, 나머지 하나에 수직한 방향으로부터 동일한 방향으로 틸트된 다수의 제1부분과, 상기 제1부분 사이에 상기 나머지 하나와 평행하며 중첩하는 제2부분을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 컬러필터층은 평행사변형 모양을 가지는 적, 녹, 청의 서브컬러필터를 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선은 90도 보다 크고 100도 이하인 교차각을 가지는 액정표시장치.
