- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 나노 와이어와 상기 유기 바인더의 중량 백분율은 동일한 나노 와이어 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 계면 활성제의 중량 백분율은 0.000001% 내지 0.001% 인 나노 와이어 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 계면 활성제는, 상기 금속 나노 와이어에 대해 0.0002 중량% 내지 10 중량% 만큼 포함되는 나노 와이어 조성물. - 나노 와이어 조성물을 준비하는 단계;
상기 나노 와이어 조성물을 기판에 코팅하는 단계; 및
상기 나노 와이어 조성물을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 나노 와이어 조성물은,
금속 나노 와이어; 유기 바인더; 계면활성제; 및 용매를 포함하고,
상기 금속 나노 와이어는 직경이 30㎚ 내지 50㎚, 길이가 15㎛ 내지 40㎛이며,
상기 금속 나노 와이어의 중량 백분율은 0.01% 내지 0.4%이 고,
상기 유기 바인더의 중량 백분율은 0.01% 내지 0.5% 인 투명 전극 제조 방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 계면활성제는 플루오르계 계면활성제 또는 실리콘계 계면활성제를 포함하는 투명 전극 제조 방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 금속 나노 와이어는 은 나노 와이어를 포함하는 투명 전극 제조 방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 유기 바인더는 하이드록시프로필 메틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시 프로필 셀룰로오스, 메틸 셀룰로오스, 크산탄 검, 폴리비닐 알코올, 카르복시 메틸 셀룰로오스 또는 하이드록시 에틸 셀룰로오스를 포함하는 투명 전극 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 계면 활성제의 중량 백분율은 0.000001% 내지 0.001% 인 투명 전극 제조 방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 계면 활성제는, 상기 금속 나노 와이어에 대해 0.0002 중량% 내지 10 중량% 만큼 포함되는 투명 전극 제조 방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 열처리 온도는 50℃ 내지 150℃인 투명 전극 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
오버 코팅(over coating)층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 투명 전극 제조 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 4항 및 제 6항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항의 나노 와이어 조성물을 사용하여 투명 전극이 형성된 투명 도전성 기재.
- 제 18항에 있어서,
상기 투명 도전성 기재는 오버 코팅층을 포함하는 투명 도전성 기재.
