Abstract
상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명은, 공기가 출입하는 챔버가 상단과 하단 각각에 형성되어 NVH을 개선할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 아울러, 행거브라켓을 통해 엔진이 거치됨으로서 엔진과 마운트 사이의 체결높이가 종래 보다 낮아짐으로 차체의 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있으며 강성 확보에 유리한 효과가 있다. 인슐레이터에는 직경이 확대된 확장부가 형성되어 하우징 내에 밀착되되 금속재인 링플레이트가 결합되므로 고무재(또는 합성수지재)로 제조된 인슐레이터의 마모 및 크립 발생을 억제할 수 있다. 그리고, 금속재인 링플레이트와 하우징 사이에 씰링이 장착됨으로서 챔버의 기밀성을 유지할 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 차체에 장착되어 엔진의 하중을 지지하는 에어 댐핑 마운트에 있어서,
내부에 공간이 형성되고 상단이 커버에 의해 차폐된 하우징;과
하우징 내부에서 하측에는 제1챔버가 형성되고 상측에는 제2챔버가 형성되도록 상기 하우징에 내장되며 가해지는 하중에 따라 탄성변형하는 인슐레이터; 및
상기 인슐레이터와 결합되어 하우징에 내장되되 상기 하우징의 측방향 외부로 돌출된 행거브라켓을 통해 엔진과 연결되는 코어;를 포함하고,
상기 제1챔버로 공기가 출입하도록 제1에어홀이 타공되며, 상기 제2챔버로 공기가 출입하도록 제2에어홀이 타공된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 댐핑 마운트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커버는 제2챔버를 형성하도록 상측으로 돌출된 돌출부가 형성되며, 상기 제2에어홀은 돌출부의 측방향 외주면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 댐핑 마운트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 인슐레이터는 상단과 하단 각각에 직경이 확대된 확장부가 형성되어 하우징 내에 장착되되, 상기 확장부의 끝단에는 링플레이트가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 댐핑 마운트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 인슐레이터 하단의 확장부는 하우징의 바닥면과 브리지각이 형성되도록 장착되되, 상기 브리지각은 25° 내지 35° 사이로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 댐핑 마운트
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 인슐레이터의 확장부와 하우징 사이에서 기밀(氣密)을 유지하기 위한 씰링이 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 댐핑 마운트.
