Claims (15)
- 실장 기판과,상기 실장 기판에 장착되는 복수의 고체 발광 소자와,상기 실장 기판에 장착되고 절곡부를 가지는 판재로 형성됨과 아울러, 제1의 면과 당해 제1의 면과는 표리의 관계에 있는 제2의 면을 가지고, 상기 복수의 고체 발광 소자 중 적어도 하나의 고체 발광 소자로부터 발광된 광을 당해 제1의 면에서 반사시키고, 당해 적어도 하나의 고체 발광 소자와 서로 이웃하는 고체 발광 소자로부터의 광을 당해 제2의 면에서 반사시키는 반사판을 포함하는 발광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반사판은 상기 실장 기판의 면에 대향시켜 장착하기 위한 장착부를 가지고,상기 절곡부는, 당해 장착부로부터 꺾여 기울어짐으로써 상기 제1의 면과 상기 제2의 면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 반사판은 상기 복수의 고체 발광 소자의 개개의 고체 발광 소자에 대응시켜 상기 절곡부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반사판은 상기 실장 기판을 수평면으로 하여 상기 고체 발광 소자를 상방을 향해 발광되도록 배치한 때에 당해 고체 발광 소자의 연직 상방에 상기 제1의 면이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 실장 기판과,상기 실장 기판에 장착되는 고체 발광 소자와,상기 실장 기판의 면에 대향시켜 장착하기 위한 장착부와, 당해 장착부로부터 꺾여 기울어져 상기 고체 발광 소자로부터의 광을 직접 받아 반사시키는 위치에 설치되는 절곡부를 가지는 판재로 형성됨과 아울러, 당해 고체 발광 소자로부터 발광된 광을 반사시키는 반사판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 반사판은 당해 반사판의 일부를 잘라 올리고 꺾여 기울어짐으로써 상기 절곡부를 형성하고, 잘라 올려져 있지 않은 면을 상기 장착부로서 직접 또는 사이에 다른 부재를 끼워서 상기 실장 기판의 면에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 반사판의 상기 절곡부는 복수의 상기 고체 발광 소자 중 적어도 하나의 고체 발광 소자로부터의 광을 직접 받아 반사시키는 제1의 면과, 당해 적어도 하나의 고체 발광 소자에 인접하는 고체 발광 소자로부터의 광을 받아 반사시키는 제2의 면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 반사판의 상기 절곡부는 복수의 상기 고체 발광 소자의 제1의 열에 늘어서는 고체 발광 소자로부터의 광을 직접 받아 반사시키는 제1의 면과, 당해 제1의 열과 인접하는 제2의 열에 늘어서는 고체 발광 소자로부터의 광을 받아 반사시키는 제2의 면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 화상 표시를 하는 표시 패널과, 당해 표시 패널의 배면에 설치되고 당해 표시 패널을 배면으로부터 조사하는 백라이트를 포함하는 표시 장치로서,상기 백라이트는,복수의 고체 발광 소자와,절곡부를 가지는 판재로 형성됨과 아울러 제1의 면과 당해 제1의 면과는 표리의 관계에 있는 제2의 면을 가지고, 상기 복수의 고체 발광 소자 중 적어도 하나의 고체 발광 소자로부터 발광된 광을 당해 제1의 면에서 반사시키고, 당해 적어도 하나의 고체 발광 소자와 서로 이웃하는 고체 발광 소자로부터의 광을 당해 제2의 면에서 반사시키는 반사판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 백라이트는 상기 복수의 고체 발광 소자가 장착되는 실장 기판을 더 구비하고,상기 반사판은 상기 실장 기판의 면에 대향시켜 장착하기 위한 장착부를 가지고,상기 절곡부는 당해 장착부로부터 꺾여 기울어짐으로써 상기 제1의 면과 상기 제2의 면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 반사판은 상기 복수의 고체 발광 소자의 개개의 고체 발광 소자에 대응시켜 상기 절곡부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 백라이트는 상기 복수의 고체 발광 소자를 장착하는 실장 기판을 더 구비하고,상기 반사판은 상기 실장 기판의 면으로부터 상기 고체 발광 소자의 적어도 연직 방향을 가리고, 당해 실장 기판의 면 또는 당해 실장 기판과 평행한 면으로부터 소정의 각도를 가지고, 상기 제1의 면 및 상기 제2의 면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 소정의 각도는 10°이상 45°이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 반사판의 상기 제1의 면 및 상기 제2의 면은, 상기 복수의 고체 발광 소자의 각각의 고체 발광 소자에 대응하여 설치되고, 당해 제2의 면에서 반사되는 광은 상기 서로 이웃하는 고체 발광 소자로부터 발광되고, 서로 이웃하는 반사판의 제1의 면에서 반사된 광인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 반사판의 상기 제1의 면은 상기 복수의 고체 발광 소자 중의 소정의 열에 늘어서는 고체 발광 소자로부터의 광을 직접 받아 반사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
