Claims (6)
- 초음파를 이용하여 이종간의 모재를 상호 고정시키기 위한 초음파 융착 구조에 있어서,대상 모재와 접하는 면상에 함몰 형성되는 소정의 단면 형상을 갖는 안착홈이 형성되며, 상기 안착홈에 일정 길이로 돌출 형성되는 융착 돌기를 갖는 제 1모재;상기 융착 돌기에 관통되도록 관통홀을 가지며, 상기 제 1모재의 함몰된 단면 형상의 안착홈에 안착하도록 이에 상응하는 함몰된 단면 형상이 상부면 및 하부면에 형성된 제 2모재;상기 제 1모재의 융착 돌기가 상기 제 2모재의 관통홀을 관통 후, 초음파 융착을 통해 상기 융착 돌기의 용융된 융기부가 제 2모재의 함몰된 단면 형상의 상부면에 채워지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 초음파 융착 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 융기부는,상기 제 2모재의 함몰되지 않고 외부로 드러난 외면에 대해 돌출되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 융착 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 융착을 실시하는 상기 제 1모재 및 제 2모재의 함몰된 안착홈 및 관통홀의 단면 형상이 등변 삼각형임을 특징으로 하는 초음파 융착 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 융착을 실시하는 상기 제 1모재 및 제 2모재의 함몰된 안착홈 및 관통홀의 단면 형상이 등변 사다리꼴임을 특징으로 하는 초음파 융착 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 융착을 실시하는 상기 제 1모재 및 제 2모재의 함몰된 안착홈 및 관통홀의 단면 형상이 원호임을 특징으로 하는 초음파 융착 구조.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1모재는 휴대용 단말기의 안테나 캐리어이며, 상기 제 2모재는 상기캐리어에 고정되는 내장형 안테나 방사체임을 특징으로 하는 초음파 융착 구조.
