Claims (7)
- 원료 탄화수소에 대한 탈황부, 상기 탈황부로부터 탈황된 탄화수소 원료와 혼합된 원료수분이 도입되고, 연소부에 의하여 가열되어 수증기 개질반응이 이루어지는 개질부, 상기 개질부로부터의 개질 가스에 대하여 일산화탄소의 수성가스 전환 반응을 위한 수성가스 전환부 및 수소 분리를 위한 PSA부를 포함하는 수증기 개질에 의한 수소 발생 장치에 있어서,상기 탈황된 탄화수소 원료와 혼합시키기 전에 상기 원료 수분을 단일 상의 수증기로 과열 (superheating) 시키기 위하여, 상기 원료 수분에 가하여진 압력에서의 기화 온도 이상의 온도로 승온될 수 있도록 상기 연소부로부터 배출된 고온의 배기 가스의 열을 열 교환에 의하여 상기 원료 수분에 공급하는 제1 열 교환기;상기 탈황된 탄화수소 원료와 상기 과열된 수분의 혼합물을 상기 개질부로부터 배출되는 개질가스와의 열 교환에 의하여 예열시켜, 상기 과열된 수분이 상 분리 없이 기화된 수증기 상태의 단일 상을 유지하면서 개질부로 도입되도록 하는 제2 열 교환기;상기 제2 열 교환기를 거친 개질가스가 상기 수성가스 전환부로 도입되기에 앞서, 외부 공기와의 열 교환에 의하여 상기 개질가스를 감온시키는 제3 열 교환기; 및상기 수성가스 전환부로부터 생성된 전환가스가 상기 PSA부로 도입되기에 앞서, 상기 수성가스 전환부의 후단에서 상기 전환가스를 상수와의 열 교환에 의하여 추가적으로 감온시키는 제4 열 교환기를 구비되며,여기서, 상기 제3 열 교환기에 도입되는 외부 공기의 량을 조절하여 상기 수성 가스 전환부의 입구에서 상기 개질가스를 180~200℃로 설정하기 위한 우회관이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수증기 개질에 의한 수소 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료 탄화수소, 상기 제3 열 교환기에서 상기 개질 가스와의 열 교환에 의하여 승온된 공기, 및 상기 PSA부를 거친 잔가스가 상기 연소부의 연료로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수증기 개질에 의한 수소 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내지 제4 열 교환기는 핀 튜브 형태 (Finned tube) 열 교환기, 또는 셀 앤드 튜브 형태 (Shell and tube type)의 열교환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 발생 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원료 탄화수소는 LNG, LPG, 나프타(Naphtha), 휘발유 또는 등유를 포함한 기상 또는 액상 탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 수증기 개질에 의한 수소 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 수소 발생 장치의 운전은,(a) 상기 개질부의 내부 압력이 6-8bar가 되도록 질소 가스로 채우고, 상기 연소부 내에서 상기 탄화수소 원료 및 외부 공기의 연소에 의하여 상기 개질부를 700 ∼ 800℃로 가열시켜 배출된 고온의 질소 가스를 제2 열 교환기, 제3 열 교환기, 수성가스 전환부 및 제4 열 교환기를 거치게 한 후, 상기 제4 열 교환기 후단에서 상기 탈황부 후단으로 리사이클시키는 예열 공정을, 상기 제1 열 교환기에 미리 주입된 원료 수분으로부터 증기가 생성될 때까지 반복하는 단계; 및,(b) 상기 (a)단계에서 상기 제1 열 교환기를 통하여 증기가 생성되면, 질소 공급을 중단시키고, 상기 원료 수분의 공급량 기준으로 탄화수소 원료를 탄소 대 수증기 몰 비를 1: 2.5 ~ 3.5로 하여 개질 반응기에 도입시키는 단계를 포함하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수증기 개질에 의한 수소 발생 장치의 운전 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서 주입된 원료 수분은 정상 운전시 원료 수분 공급량 100%를 기준으로 25~35%에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 발생 장치의 운전 방법.
