Claims (10)
- 백라이트 유닛;상기 백라이트 유닛 상에 위치하는 액정패널;상기 액정패널 상에 위치하는 편광판;상기 편광판 상에 위치하는 강화유리판; 및상기 강화유리판 상에 위치하며, 비도전성 산화막, 도전성 산화막 및 비도전성 산화막 순으로 적층된 반사 방지층을 포함하며,상기 반사 방지층의 일정 영역에 연결된 도전성 테이프를 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사 방지층은 상기 도전성 산화막을 노출시키는 비어홀을 더 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 도전성 테이프는 상기 비어홀을 통해 상기 도전성 산화막과 연결된 액정표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 비어홀은 상기 반사 방지층을 관통하여 상기 강화유리판을 노출시키는 액정표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 비어홀에 도전성 물질이 채워진 액정표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 도전성 테이프는 상기 도전성 물질과 연결된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비도전성 산화막은 NbOxNx, SiOx, TiOx, ZrOx, TaOx로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 도전성 산화막은 ITO, SnOx, ZnOx, InxOy로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 액정표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 비어홀은 리프트 오프법으로 형성된 액정표시장치.
