Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 정의된 하나의 화소 내에서 서로 분리되도록 형성된 제1 및 제2구동소자;상기 제1 및 제2구동소자 사이에 형성되어 상기 제1 및 제2구동소자를 절연시키는 제1절연막;상기 제1구동소자와 상기 제1절연막 상에 형성되어 상기 제1구동소자와 전기적으로 접속되는 제1전극;상기 제1전극 상에 형성되어 발광하는 제1발광부;상기 제1발광부의 상부에 형성되는 공통전극;상기 공통전극의 상부에 형성되어 발광하는 제2발광부;상기 제2발광부 상부에 형성되는 제2전극; 및상기 제2구동소자 상에 형성되며, 상기 제2구동소자로부터 상기 제2전극까지 연장되어 상기 제2전극을 상기 제 2 구동소자에 전기적으로 접속시키는 연결부를 포함하며,상기 제1발광부에서 발광된 광과 상기 제2발광부에서 발광된 광은 서로 반대방향으로 진행하고,상기 공통전극은 제1발광부에서 발광된 광과 제2발광부에서 발광된 광이 자신을 통과하지 않도록 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2구동소자는 하나의 화소 내의 양쪽 끝에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1발광부는 상기 기판의 하부쪽으로 발광하고, 상기 제2발광부는 상기 기판의 상부쪽으로 발광하며, 상기 제1 및 제2발광부는 동일한 개구율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1구동소자와 상기 제1전극 사이에 형성되는 제2절연막을 더 포함하고,상기 제1전극은 상기 제1구동소자 상에 형성된 상기 제2절연막의 콘택홀을 통해 상기 제1구동소자의 소스 또는 드레인 전극에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2구동소자와 상기 제2전극 사이에 형성되는 제3절연막을 더 포함하고,상기 연결부는 상기 제3절연막에 형성된 콘택올을 통해 상기 제2구동소자의 소스 또는 드레인 전극과 상기 제2전극을 전기적으로 접속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2전극은 애노드전극이고 상기 공통전극은 공통 캐소드전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
