Claims (11)
- 코팅층, 종이층 또는 천연섬유층, 니들펀칭으로 결합된 아라미드 부직포와 폴리에스테르 부직포로 이루어지는 난연층을 포함하는 다층구조로 이루어진 바닥재에 있어서,
상기 난연층은 상기 아라미드 부직포 상에 폴리에스테르 부직포를 적층하고 폴리에스테르 부직포 층에서부터 아라미드 부직포를 향하여 니들펀칭하여 아라미드 부직포 하단에 폴리에스테르 부직포가 노출되도록 니들펀칭하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 바닥재. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층구조는 상기 종이층 또는 천연섬유층과 상기 난연층 사이에 기재층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아라미드 부직포의 면밀도는 100-500 g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 부직포는 160-250 ℃의 고융점을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 바닥재.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 종이층은 한지 또는 미네랄 페이퍼인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 바닥재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기재층은 유리섬유 시트층 또는 융점이 50-120 ℃인 폴리에스테르층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 바닥재.
- 청구항 제1항에 따른 바닥재의 제조방법으로서,
1) 아라미드 부직포 상에 폴리에스테르 부직포를 적층하여 니들펀칭으로 결합하여 난연층을 제조하는 단계;
2) 상기 난연층 상에 종이층 또는 천연섬유층을 적층하고 170-260 ℃ 이상에서 열융착하는 단계; 및
3) 상기 2) 단계에서 수득된 종이층 또는 천연섬유층 상에 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재의 제조방법. - 청구항 제3항에 따른 바닥재의 제조방법으로서,
1) 아라미드 부직포 상에 폴리에스테르 부직포를 적층하여 니들펀칭으로 결합하여 난연층을 제조하는 단계;
2) 상기 난연층 상에 종이층 또는 천연섬유층을 적층하고 170-260 ℃ 이상에서 열융착하는 단계;
3) 상기 2) 단계에서 수득된 종이층 또는 천연섬유층 상에 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및
4) 상기 종이층 또는 천연섬유층과 난연층 사이에 기재층을 적층하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재의 제조방법. - 제1항, 제3항 내지 제5항, 제7항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바닥재의 하단에 열선 및 니들펀칭으로 결합된 폴리에스테르 부직포 및 아라미드 부직포로 이루어지는 난연층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 온열시트.
