도 2는 본 발명에 의한 저온 소결 세라믹 재료를 이용해서 구성되는 제 2 실시형태에 의한 세라믹 기판(21)을 도해적으로 나타내는 단면도이다.

Claims (8)
- Si를 SiO2로 환산해서 48~75중량%, Ba를 BaO로 환산해서 20~40중량%, 및 Al을 Al2O3로 환산해서 5~20중량% 함유하는 주성분 세라믹 재료와; 상기 주성분 세라믹 재료 100중량부에 대하여 Mn을 MnO로 환산해서 2~10중량부, Ti와 Fe로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 각각 TiO2 및 Fe2O3로 환산해서 0.1~10중량부, 및 Mg을 MgO로 환산해서 0.1~6중량부 함유하는 부성분 세라믹 재료와; 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고:
상기 불가피한 불순물로서 Cr산화물 및 B산화물을 전체 세라믹 재료에 대해 0.1 중량% 미만 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 소결 세라믹 재료. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 부성분 세라믹 재료로서 상기 주성분 세라믹 재료 100중량부에 대하여 Nb, Ce, Zr 및 Zn으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 각각 Nb2O5, CeO2, ZrO2, ZnO로 환산해서 0.1~6중량부 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 소결 세라믹 재료. - Si를 SiO2로 환산해서 48~75중량%, Ba를 BaO로 환산해서 20~40중량%, 및 Al을 Al2O3로 환산해서 5~20중량% 함유하는 주성분 세라믹 재료와; 상기 주성분 세라믹 재료 100중량부에 대하여 Mn을 MnO로 환산해서 2~10중량부, Ti와 Fe로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 각각 TiO2 및 Fe2O3로 환산해서 0.1~10중량부, 및 Mg을 MgO로 환산해서 0.1~6중량부 함유하는 부성분 세라믹 재료와; 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고: 상기 불가피한 불순물로서 Cr산화물 및 B산화물을 전체 세라믹 재료에 대해 0.1 중량% 미만 포함하는 저온 소결 세라믹 재료를 소결시켜서 이루어지는 세라믹층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 기판.
- 삭제
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 저온 소결 세라믹 재료는 상기 부성분 세라믹 재료로서 상기 주성분 세라믹 재료 100중량부에 대하여 Nb, Ce, Zr 및 Zn으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 각각 Nb2O5, CeO2, ZrO2, ZnO로 환산해서 0.1~6중량부 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 기판. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 세라믹층을 적층해서 이루어지는 적층체와,
상기 적층체의 표면, 내부의 일부, 또는 표면과 내부 전부에 제공된 금, 은 및 구리 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 도체 패턴을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 기판. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 저온 소결 세라믹 재료는 상기 부성분 세라믹 재료로서 TiO2를 포함하고, 또한 상기 세라믹층에는 Ba2TiSi2O8결정이 석출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 기판.
