Abstract
Description
도 2는 대두(Glycine maxim) 메탄올 추출물의 전자 공여능을 측정한 결과이다. 측정값은 3회 측정의 평균±SD으로 나타내었다. □ BHT: 2,6-di-tert-butylated hydroxytoluene. ■ GMME: 대두 메탄올 추출물.
도 3은 대두 메탄올 추출물과 IBMX으로 처리한 Melan-a 세포의 세포 생존율을 측정한 결과이다. 측정값은 3회 측정의 평균±SD으로 나타내었다. □ IBMX : 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine, ■ GMME: 대두 메탄올 추출물.
도 4는 대두 메탄올 추출물로 처리한 Melan-a 세포의 형태학적 관찰 결과이다(X 200). 패널 A: 비-처리군(non-treated group), 패널 B: GMME (1.563 ㎍/㎖) 처리군, 패널 C: GMME (3.125 ㎍/㎖) 처리군, 패널 D: GMME (6.25 ㎍/㎖) 처리군, 패널 E: GMME (12.5 ㎍/㎖) 처리군, 패널 F: IBMX (12.5 ㎍/㎖) 처리군. 대두 메탄올 추출물 처리군에서 처리 농도가 증가하면, 멜라노사이트의 수지상돌기와 멜라닌 축적이 증가하였다.

Claims (5)
- 대두(Glycine maxim) 알코올 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 백모(Canities)의 개선용 화장품학적 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 대두 알코올 추출물은 탄소수 1-4개의 무수 또는 함수 저급 알코올을 용매로 사용한 추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 대두(Glycine maxim) 알코올 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 백모의 치료 또는 예방용 약제학적 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 대두 알코올 추출물은 탄소수 1-4개의 무수 또는 함수 저급 알코올을 용매로 사용한 추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 파우더, 젤, 연고, 크림, 로션, 액제 및 에어로졸로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 피부외형 제형을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
