Claims (9)
- (1) 서로 다른 직경을 갖는 멜트블로운사들을 형성하는 멜트블로운사 형성단계;
(2) 상기 멜트블로운사 형성단계에서 수득되는 멜트블로운사를 잠재권축사와 혼합하되, 상기 잠재권축사가 부직포 총 중량을 기준으로 20 내지 50중량%의 양으로 그리고 상기 멜트블로운사가 잔량으로서 포함되도록 하여 혼합하는 혼합단계; 및
(3) 상기 혼합단계에서 수득되는 멜트블로운사와 잠재권축사의 혼합물로서의 웹(web)을 70내지 160℃의 온도로 후열처리하는 후열처리단계;를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 높은 벌키성을 갖는 멜트블로운 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합단계에서 상기 잠재권축사가 0.1 내지 1.0 dl/g의 범위 이내의 고유점도 차이를 갖는 2종의 수지를 복합방사하여서 수득되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 높은 벌키성을 갖는 멜트블로운 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 잠재권축사를 구성하는 수지가 나일론, 폴리에스터 및 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 높은 벌키성을 갖는 멜트블로운 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 잠재권축사가 20 내지 60㎛의 범위 이내의 직경을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 높은 벌키성을 갖는 멜트블로운 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 잠재권축사와 상기 멜트블로운사를 혼합하기 전에 상기 잠재권축사를 오프닝(opening)과 카딩(carding)하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 높은 벌키성을 갖는 멜트블로운 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 멜트블로운사가 상기 권축사의 직경 보다 작은 범위 내에서 2 내지 10종의 서로 다른 직경을 갖는 멜트블로운사들을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 높은 벌키성을 갖는 멜트블로운 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 멜트블로운사가 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 4-메틸-1-펜텐 및 1-옥텐 등의 알파-올레핀의 단독 혹은 공중합체인 고압법 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 폴리프로필렌(프로필렌 단독 중합체), 폴리프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체, 폴리1-부텐, 폴리4-메틸-1-펜텐, 에틸렌프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체, 에틸렌1-부텐 랜덤 공중합체, 프로필렌1-부텐 랜덤 공중합체 등의 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스터(폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 등), 폴리아미드(나일론-6, 나일론-66, 폴리메타크실렌아디프아미드 등), 폴리염화비닐, 폴리이미드, 에틸렌아세트산비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌아세트산비닐비닐알코올 공중합체, 에틸렌(메트)아크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌-아크릴산에스테르-일산화탄소 공중합체, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리스티렌, 아이오노머 또는 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 높은 벌키성을 갖는 멜트블로운 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,

- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 멜트블로운사가 1 내지 2㎛의 범위의 직경을 갖는 제1 멜트블로운사, 3 내지 6㎛의 범위의 직경을 갖는 제2 멜트블로운사 및 7 내지 10㎛의 범위의 직경을 갖는 제3 멜트블로운사로 이루어지되, 상기 부직포 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 상기 제2 멜트블로운사가 10 내지 20중량%, 상기 제3 멜트블로운사가 10 내지 20중량% 그리고 잔량으로서 상기 제1 멜트블로운사를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 높은 벌키성을 갖는 멜트블로운 부직포의 제조방법.
