Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 노즐과 접하는 금형의 상단에 고정 설치되고, 상부면은 노즐의 단부 형상과 대응되게 오목한 형상으로 형성되며, 중앙으로는 수지가 통과하는 스프루가 형성된 스프루 부시에 있어서, 상기 스프루의 선단에 금형의 런너와 게이트의 직경보다 작은 복수의 여과공이 뚫린 여과막이 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 한 사출성형용 스프루 부시가 제공된다.

Claims (2)
- 노즐(N)과 접하는 금형(M)의 상단에 고정 설치되고, 상부면은 노즐(N)의 단부 형상과 대응되게 오목한 형상으로 형성되며, 중앙으로는 수지(S)가 통과하는 스프루(10)가 형성된 스프루 부시에 있어서, 상기 스프루(10)의 선단에 금형(M)의 런너(R)와 게이트(G)의 직경보다 작은 복수의 여과공(21)(22)이 뚫린 여과막(20)이 일체로 형성되고,
상기 여과막의 상부면은 상기 노즐(N)의 단부 형상과 대응되게 오목한 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한 사출성형용 스프루 부시. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여과막(20)은 중앙에 하나의 여과공(21)이 뚫리고, 상기 여과공(21)의 외측에 일정각도 간격으로 복수의 여과공(22)이 뚫린 구조로 구성된 사출성형용 스프루 부시.
