Description
Claims (20)
- 밀폐된 내부공간을 갖는 케이싱에 흡입관과 토출관이 연결되고, 상기 케이싱의 내부공간에 구동모터와 그 구동모터에 의해 작동하여 냉매를 압축하도록 압축부가 장착되는 압축기본체;상기 압축기본체의 압축부에서 토출되는 냉매에서 오일을 분리하는 오일분리부; 및상기 오일분리부에서 분리되는 오일을 펌핑하여 상기 압축기본체로 회수하는 오일회수부;를 포함하고,상기 오일회수부는 상기 압축기본체에 구비된 구동모터의 회전력에 의해 작동되는 오일회수펌프를 구비하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일분리부는 압축기본체의 케이싱 외곽에 설치되고, 그 일측은 상기 압축기본체의 토출관이 연결되는 반면 그 타측은 오일회수관으로 상기 압축기본체에 연결되는 압축기.

- 제5항에 있어서,상기 오일분리부에 연결되어 그 오일분리기에서 분리된 오일을 안내하는 오일회수관이 상기 압축기본체의 케이싱 외곽에 배치되는 압축기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 오일분리부는 그 오일분리부의 내부공간으로 유입되는 냉매가 나선형으로 선회하면서 오일이 분리되도록 하는 오일분리관이 상기 오일분리부의 입구측에 설치되는 압축기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일회수펌프는 상기 구동모터의 회전축에 결합되는 내측기어와 그 내측기어에 맞물려 가변용적을 발생시키는 외측기어가 구비되어 상기 오일분리부에서 분리된 오일을 펌핑하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일회수펌프의 입구는 복수 개로 구비되어 그 한 개는 상기 오일분리부에 연결되는 반면 다른 한 개는 상기 케이싱의 내부공간에 연통되는 압축기.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 오일회수펌프는 복수 개의 입구가 연결되도록 한 개의 출구가 형성되고, 그 출구는 상기 구동모터의 회전축에 축방향으로 관통되는 오일유로에 연통되도록 형성되는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일회수펌프의 일측에는 상기 구동모터의 회전축에 결합되어 오일회수펌프와 함께 회전하면서 상기 압축기본체의 케이싱에 담긴 오일을 펌핑하도록 오일공급펌프가 더 구비되는 압축기.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 오일공급펌프는 그 입구와 출구 중에서 적어도 어느 한 개는 상기 오일회수펌프의 입구와 출구에 대해 독립적으로 구비되는 압축기.
- 밀폐된 내부공간을 갖는 케이싱에 흡입관과 토출관이 연결되고, 상기 케이싱의 내부공간에 구동모터와 그 구동모터에 의해 작동하여 냉매를 압축하도록 압축부가 장착되는 압축기본체;상기 압축기본체의 압축부에서 토출되는 냉매에서 오일을 분리하는 오일분리부; 및상기 오일분리부에서 분리되는 오일을 펌핑하여 상기 압축기본체로 회수하는 오일회수부;를 포함하고,상기 오일회수부는 상기 오일분리부와 압축기본체 사이를 연결하는 오일회수관의 중간에 오일회수펌프가 설치되어 이루어지는 압축기.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 오일회수관은 그 출구가 상기 케이싱의 내부공간에 연통되도록 연결되는 압축기.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 구동모터의 회전축에는 그 회전축과 함께 회전하면서 상기 케이싱의 오일을 펌핑하도록 오일공급펌프가 구비되고, 상기 오일회수관은 그 출구가 상기 오일공급펌프의 입구에 연결되는 압축기.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 오일회수펌프는 상기 구동모터의 회전속도에 비례하여 펌핑량이 가변되도록 인버터모터가 채용되는 압축기.
