Claims (9)
- 삭제
- 소정량의 오일을 채운 케이싱;상기 케이싱의 내부에 고정 설치하는 고정스크롤;상기 고정스크롤에 맞물려 선회운동을 하면서 그 고정스크롤과 함께 압축실을 형성하는 선회스크롤; 및상기 케이싱의 내부에 입구와 출구를 갖는 내부공간을 구비하여 설치하고, 그 내부공간에 상하 지그재그 모양의 가스로를 형성하는 다수 개의 수직벽체와 그 수직벽체의 하단에 오일로를 형성하는 적어도 한 개 이상의 수평벽체를 갖는 유분리 부재;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 유토출 저감 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 통체는 가스로와 오일로의 입구를 공용할 수 있도록 공용입구를 형성하고, 가스로와 오일로의 출구인 가스출구와 오일출구를 독립적으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 유토출 저감 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 통체는 케이싱의 내주면을 이용하여 내부공간을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 유토출 저감 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 통체는 외주면체와 내주면체를 이용하여 내부공간을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 유토출 저감 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 수직벽체 사이의 수평벽체에는 걸러진 오일을 오일로로 모이도록 오일통공을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 오토출 저감 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 수직벽체는 판재인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 유토출 저감 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 수직벽체는 메시인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 유토출 저감 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 유분리부재의 오일출구에는 걸러진 오일을 케이싱의 하반부로 안내하도록 오일안내판을 연통 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 유토출 저감 장치.
