Claims (12)
- 니켈을 함유하는 재료를 포함하는 접액부를 갖는 반응기 안에서, 금속 염을 함유하는 산성 수용액과 루테늄 촉매를 포함하는 수상 중에서 단환 방향족 탄화수소의 부분 수소 첨가 반응에 의해 시클로올레핀을 제조하는 방법으로서,
일부 또는 전부의 상기 수상 중에 포함되는 상기 루테늄 촉매를 산소와 접촉시키는 제1 공정,
상기 제1 공정을 경유한 상기 루테늄 촉매를 포함하는 수상을 상기 루테늄 촉매를 풍부하게 포함하는 제1 상과 그 제1 상보다 적은 비율로 상기 루테늄 촉매를 포함하는 제2 상으로 분리하는 제2 공정, 및
상기 제1 상을 상기 부분 수소 첨가 반응의 반응계에 제공하는 제3 공정
을 포함하는 시클로올레핀의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 상에 포함되는 니켈량보다 적은 양의 니켈을 포함하는 금속 염을 함유하는 산성 수용액을 부분 수소 첨가 반응의 반응계에 제공하는 제6 공정을 추가로 포함하는 시클로올레핀의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 상을 금속 촉매와 접촉시키는 제4 공정을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 제6 공정에서, 상기 제4 공정을 경유한 상기 제2 상을, 상기 니켈을 포함하는 금속 염을 함유하는 산성 수용액으로서 상기 부분 수소 첨가 반응의 반응계에 제공하는 시클로올레핀의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제4 공정에서, 수소를 포함하는 분위기 하에서 상기 제2 상을 상기 금속 촉매에 접촉시키는 시클로올레핀의 제조 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제4 공정을 경유한 상기 금속 촉매를 산성 용액과 접촉시키는 제5 공정을 추가로 포함하는 시클로올레핀의 제조 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속 촉매가 Cu, Ag, Au, Pd, Pt, Rh, Ir, Ru 및 Re로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속을 함유하는 것인 시클로올레핀의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 염이 황산아연을 포함하는 것인 시클로올레핀의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 루테늄 촉매 상에 존재하는 니켈의 전체 질량과 상기 금속 염을 함유하는 산성 수용액 중의 니켈의 전체 질량과의 합이 상기 루테늄 촉매 중의 루테늄의 전체 질량에 대하여 5 질량%를 초과하지 않도록 관리하는 것인 시클로올레핀의 제조 방법.
- 반응기, 상기 반응기에 접속되는 유수 분리조, 상기 유수 분리조에 접속되는 산소 처리기, 및 상기 산소 처리기에 접속되는 촉매 분리조를 포함하는 시클로올레핀의 제조 장치로서,
상기 반응기는 금속 염을 함유하는 산성 수용액과 루테늄 촉매를 포함하는 수상을 수용하고, 그 수상 중에서 단환 방향족 탄화수소의 부분 수소 첨가 반응이 진행되어 미반응된 단환 방향족 탄화수소와 반응 생성물을 포함하는 오일상을 얻는 것이고,
상기 유수 분리조는 상기 반응기를 경유하여 공급되는 상기 오일상의 일부 또는 전부와 상기 루테늄 촉매를 포함하는 수상의 일부 또는 전부를 분리하는 것이며,
상기 산소 처리기는 상기 유수 분리조를 경유하여 공급되는 일부 또는 전부의 상기 수상에 포함되는 상기 루테늄 촉매를 산소와 접촉시키는 것이고,
상기 촉매 분리조는 상기 산소 처리기를 경유하여 공급되는 상기 루테늄 촉매를 포함하는 수상을, 상기 루테늄 촉매를 풍부하게 포함하는 제1 상과 그 제1 상보다 적은 비율로 상기 루테늄 촉매를 포함하는 제2 상으로 분리하는 것이며, 상기 반응기에 상기 제1 상을 공급할 수 있도록 접속되는 것인 시클로올레핀의 제조 장치. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유수 분리조와 상기 산소 처리기를 접속하는 오일 스트리핑조를 추가로 구비하고, 상기 오일 스트리핑조는 상기 유수 분리조를 경유하여 공급되는 일부 또는 전부의 상기 수상 중에 포함되는 상기 오일상을 상기 수상으로부터 제거하는 것인 시클로올레핀의 제조 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 분리조에 접속되는 니켈 제거기를 추가로 구비하고, 상기 니켈 제거기는 상기 촉매 분리조를 경유하여 공급되는 상기 제2 상으로부터 일부 또는 전부의 니켈을 제거하는 것인 시클로올레핀의 제조 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 분리조와 상기 산소 처리기를 접속하는 저 수소 분압 처리기를 추가로 구비하고, 상기 저 수소 분압 처리기는 상기 부분 수소 첨가 반응에서의 수소 분압보다 낮은 수소 분압을 갖는 분위기 하에서 상기 루테늄 촉매를 유지하는 것인 시클로올레핀의 제조 장치.
