Claims (6)
- 무접점 충전기에 구비되는 코일에 있어서,
상기 코일의 권선 간격은 상기 코일의 중심부 측보다 외측에 배치되는 부분이 좁게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무접점 충전기용 코일. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일은 원형, 타원형, 사각형 중 하나의 형태로 권선되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무접점 충전기용 코일. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 코일은 적어도 일측면이 오목한 형상, 볼록한 형상, 마름모 형상, 단차를 갖는 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무접점 충전기용 코일. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일은 다수의 영역으로 구획되고,
상기 각 영역별로 구획된 코일의 권선 간격은 상기 코일의 폭방향 외측으로 갈수록 점차 좁아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무접점 충전기용 코일. - 무접점 충전기에 구비되는 코일을 제조하기 위한 권선 용구에 있어서,
상기 권선 용구는 제1권선 용구와, 상기 제1권선 용구와 마주보도록 이격되는 제2권선 용구와, 상기 제1권선 용구와 제2권선 용구를 연결하는 축을 포함하고,
상기 제1권선 용구와 제2권선 용구의 상호 마주보는 면 중 적어도 일면은, 볼록한 형상, 오목한 형상, 중심부에서 상하단부로 갈수록 상기 제1권선 용구와 상기 제2권선 용구 사이의 거리가 멀어지거나 근접되게 경사지게 형성된 형상, 단차를 갖는 형상 중 어느 하나의 형상으로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 무접점 충전기용 코일을 제조하기 위한 권선 용구. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 권선 용구는 지그 또는 보빈인 것을 특징으로 하는 무접점 충전기용 코일을 제조하기 위한 권선 용구.
