Claims (6)
- 공통배선이 형성된 액정패널과;상기 공통배선으로부터 공통전압을 피드백 받아 상기 액정패널의 인버젼 구동을 제어하기 위한 구동전환신호를 생성하여 출력하는 인버젼제어회로부와;상기 인버젼제어회로부로부터 상기 구동전환신호를 입력받아 인버젼 구동 방식을 전환하는 소스드라이버를 포함하고상기 인버젼제어회로부는,상기 공통배선으로부터 피드백된 공통전압이 인가되는 공통전압입력단과;상기 공통전압에 의해 스위칭제어되고 동작전압을 입력받아 상기 구동전환신호를 출력하는 스위칭트랜지스터와;상기 공통전압입력단과 상기 스위칭트랜지스터의 게이트단자 사이의 접점에 연결되고 상기 스위칭트랜지스터의 스위칭 속도를 결정하는 제1RC병렬회로와;상기 스위칭트랜지스터로부터 출력되는 상기 구동전환신호의 신호감쇄를 방지하는 제2RC병렬회로를 포함하는액정표시장치
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인버젼제어회로부는 상기 액정패널의 모서리부에 형성된 공통배선으로부터 공통전압을 피드백 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치

- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스위칭트랜지스터는 제1RC병렬회로의 RC시정수에 따라 스위칭 속도가 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스위칭트랜지스터는 N 타입 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소스드라이버는 상기 구동전환신호에 의해 상기 액정패널에 구성된 각 수평화소열의 처음 일 화소를 제1극성으로 구동한 후 제2극성으로 시작되는 수평 2 도트 인버젼 방식으로 구동하거나 또는 수평화소열의 처음 두 화소를 제1극성으로 구동한 후 제2극성으로 시작되는 수평 2-도트 인버젼 방식으로 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치
