Claims (16)
- 열가소성 수지(A) 장섬유 90 내지 10중량%와 열가소성 엘라스토머(B) 장섬유 10 내지 90중량%를 포함하는 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포로 이루어지고, 적어도 열가소성 수지(A) 장섬유가 친수화 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
친수화 처리가, 열가소성 수지(A) 장섬유에 비이온계 계면 활성제를 열가소성 수지(A) 100중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 10중량부의 비율로 첨가하는 것에 의해 처리되어 이루어지는 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 엘라스토머(B)가 열가소성 폴리우레탄계 엘라스토머인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄계 엘라스토머가, 시차주사열량계(DSC)에 의해 측정되는 응고 개시 온도가 65℃ 이상이고, 또한 세공 전기 저항법에 근거하여 100㎛의 개구를 장착한 입도 분포 측정 장치로 측정되는 극성 용매 불용분의 입자수가 300만개/g 이하인 열가소성 폴리우레탄계 엘라스토머인 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄계 엘라스토머가 하기 수학식 I을 만족하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머인 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포.

(상기 수학식 I에서, a는 DSC에 의해 측정되는 90℃ 내지 140℃의 범위에 존재하는 흡열 피크로부터 구해지는 융해 열량의 총합을 나타내고, b는 DSC에 의해 측정되는 140℃ 초과 220℃ 이하의 범위에 있는 흡열 피크로부터 산출되는 융해열의 총합을 나타냄) - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 엘라스토머(B)가 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지(A)가 폴리올레핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
폴리올레핀이 프로필렌계 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
폴리올레핀이 프로필렌계 중합체 99 내지 80중량%와 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 1 내지 20중량%로 이루어지는 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
프로필렌계 중합체가 프로필렌·α-올레핀 랜덤 공중합체인 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
열가소성 수지(A) 장섬유가 습곡하여 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포의 표면에 나와 이루어지는 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포로 이루어지는 흡수성 물품의 표면 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포로 이루어지는 흡수성 물품의 세컨드 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포로 이루어지는 흡수성 물품의 흡수체를 싸는 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포로 이루어지는 흡수성 물품의 표면 시트, 세컨드 시트 또는 이들 모두를 사용하여 이루어지는 흡수성 물품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 혼섬 스펀본드 부직포를 포함하여 이루어지는 흡수성 물품.
