Description
Claims (19)
- 서로 분리되어 제1 방향으로 뻗은 제1 및 제2 게이트선;상기 제1 및 제2 게이트선과 절연되어 교차하며 제2 방향으로 뻗은 데이터선;상기 제1 및 제2 게이트선과 상기 데이터선에 각각 연결된 제1 및 제2 박막 트랜지스터;상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터에 연결된 제1 부화소 전극;상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터에 연결된 제2 부화소 전극으로서, 상기 제1 부화소 전극의 상하부에 위치하는 한 쌍의 상하부 전극과 상기 제1 부화소 전극 및 상기 상하부 전극의 측부에 나란히 배열된 측부 전극을 구비하는 제2 부화소 전극; 및상기 측부 전극과 상기 상하부 전극을 연결하는 연결부로서, 적어도 일부가 상기 게이트선과 45도 또는 -45도를 이루는 연결부를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 부화소 전극은 전체적으로 지그재그 형상을 가지는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 부화소 전극은 V자 형상을 가지고,상기 측부 전극은 상기 제1 부화소 전극의 측부에 나란히 위치하여 3회 절곡된 지그재그 형상을 가지는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 부화소 전극의 측부는 상기 게이트선과 45 또는 -45도를 이루는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 부화소 전극의 가장자리에는 톱니 모양의 미세 패턴이 형성된 액정 표시 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 미세 패턴은 상기 제1 및 제2 부화소 전극의 측부로부터 수직으로 돌출된 다수의 돌기로 구성된 액정 표시 장치.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 돌기는 상기 게이트선과 45도 또는 -45도를 이루는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 상기 측부 전극에 형성된 상기 미세 패턴과 상기 상하부 전극에 형성된 상기 미세 패턴을 연결하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 상기 미세 패턴과 동일한 방향으로 연장되도록 형성된 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 다수개로 형성된 액정 표시 장치.
- 서로 분리되어 제1 방향으로 뻗은 제1 및 제2 게이트선;상기 제1 및 제2 게이트선과 절연되어 교차하며 제2 방향으로 뻗은 데이터선;상기 제1 및 제2 게이트선과 상기 데이터선에 각각 연결된 제1 및 제2 박막 트랜지스터;상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터에 연결되고 가장자리에 수평 전계 보강용 미세 패턴이 형성된 제1 부화소 전극;상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터에 연결되고 가장자리에 수평 전계 보강용 미세 패 턴이 형성된 제2 부화소 전극으로서, 상기 제1 부화소 전극의 상하부에 위치하는 한 쌍의 상하부 전극과 상기 제1 부화소 전극 및 상기 상하부 전극의 측부에 나란히 배열된 측부 전극을 구비하는 제2 부화소 전극; 및상기 측부 전극의 상기 미세 패턴과 상기 상하부 전극의 상기 미세 패턴을 연결하는 연결부를 포함하되,상기 제1 및 제2 부화소 전극은 전체적으로 지그재그 형상을 가지는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 제1 부화소 전극은 V자 형상을 가지고,상기 측부 전극은 상기 제1 부화소 전극의 측부에 나란히 위치하여 3회 절곡된 지그재그 형상을 가지는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 부화소 전극의 측부는 상기 게이트선과 45 또는 -45도를 이루는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 미세 패턴은 톱니 모양인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제14 항에 있어서,상기 미세 패턴은 상기 제1 및 제2 부화소 전극의 측부로부터 수직으로 돌출된 다수의 돌기로 구성된 액정 표시 장치.
- 제15 항에 있어서,상기 돌기는 상기 게이트선과 45도 또는 -45도를 이루는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 상기 미세 패턴과 동일한 방향으로 연장되도록 형성된 액정 표시 장치.
- 제17 항에 있어서,상기 연결부의 적어도 일부는 상기 게이트선과 45도 또는 -45도를 이루는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 다수개로 형성된 액정 표시 장치.
