Claims (8)
- 닭고기와 꾸지뽕나무를 포함하는 주재료를 물이 담긴 용기에 투입하고 끓이는 단계;
상기 용기 내용물로부터 고형물을 제거하거나 수거하는 단계;
상기 고형물이 제거된 용기 내용물의 염도를 조절하여 닭육수를 얻는 단계; 및
상기 닭육수에 날칼국수 면 또는 별도로 익힌 칼국수 면을 투입하고 끓이는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 꾸지뽕나무의 함량은 상기 닭고기 100 중량부에 대하여 10~20중량부이고, 상기 날칼국수 면 또는 상기 익힌 칼국수 면은 밀가루 100중량부 및 꾸지뽕나무 분말 5~20중량부를 사용하여 제조된 것인 닭칼국수의 제조방법. - 삭제
