도 3은 제어기로서 사용된 대표적인 컴퓨터의 구성을 도시하는 도면이다.
도 4는 제어기에 의해 실행된 루틴의 순서를 도시한 흐름도이다.
Claims (10)
- 차량 구동 장치에 있어서,
엔진(50)과,
상기 엔진(50)을 시동시키기 위한 모터(MG1)와,
상기 엔진(50)으로부터의 토크를 받아서 차량의 차륜(88)을 구동하기 위한 구동축과,
시프트 레버 위치가 파킹 위치로 설정되는 것에 응하여 상기 구동축을 로크하기 위한 파킹 로크 기구(200)와,
상기 차륜(88)을 로크하기 위한 브레이크 장치(86)와,
상기 모터(MG1), 파킹 로크 기구(200) 및 브레이크 장치(86)를 제어하기 위한 제어기(90)를 포함하며,
시프트 위치가 파킹 위치일 때, 시프트 레버에 의한 파킹 위치의 해제 지시 이외의 상기 엔진(50)을 시동시키기 위한 조건이 만족되면, 상기 제어기(90)는 차륜(88)이 브레이크 장치(86)에 의해 강제 로크되고 상기 파킹 로크 기구(200)가 구동축을 언로크시키도록 해제되게 되는 로크 절환 제어를 실행하고, 이 후 상기 엔진(50)이 모터(MG1)에 의해 시동되게 되는 크랭킹 제어를 실행하고,
상기 제어기(90)는, 상기 크랭킹 제어에 의해 엔진(50)이 자체 구동을 개시한 후에, 파킹 로크 기구(200)를 사용하여 구동축을 로크하고, 브레이크 장치(86)에 의한 차륜(88)의 강제 로킹을 취소하는, 차량 구동 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 온도 센서(52)를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어기(90)는 상기 온도 센서(52)에 의해 검출된 온도가 소정 온도보다 낮으면 로크 절환 제어 후에 크랭킹 제어를 실행하고,
상기 제어기(90)는 상기 온도 센서(52)에 의해 검출된 온도가 소정 온도보다 높으면 로크 절환 제어를 실행하지 않고 크랭킹 제어를 실행하는, 차량 구동 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 브레이크 장치(86)는 파킹 브레이크 및 유압 브레이크를 갖추고,
상기 제어기(90)는 로크 절환 제어 중에 상기 유압 브레이크를 사용하여 차륜(88)을 강제 로크하고,
상기 제어기(90)는 차륜(88)이 파킹 브레이크에 의해 로크되어 있지 않으면 로크 절환 제어를 실행하지 않고 크랭킹 제어를 실행하는, 차량 구동 장치. - 차량 구동 장치에 있어서,
엔진(50)과,
상기 엔진(50)을 시동시키기 위한 모터(MG1)와,
상기 엔진(50)으로부터의 토크를 받아들이는 구동축과,
차륜(88, 96)과,
시프트 레버 위치가 파킹 위치로 설정되는 것에 응하여 상기 구동축을 로크하기 위한 파킹 로크 기구(200)와,
상기 차륜(88, 96)을 로크하기 위한 차륜 로크 장치와,
상기 모터(MG1), 파킹 로크 기구(200) 및 차륜 로크 장치를 제어하기 위한 제어기(90)를 포함하며,
시프트 위치가 파킹 위치일 때, 시프트 레버에 의한 파킹 위치의 해제 지시 이외의 상기 엔진(50)을 시동시키기 위한 조건이 만족되면, 상기 제어기(90)는 차륜(88, 96)이 차륜 로크 장치에 의해 강제 로크되고 파킹 로크 기구(200)가 구동축을 언로크시키도록 해제되게 되는 로크 절환 제어를 실행하고, 이 후 상기 엔진(50)이 모터(MG1)에 의해 시동되게 되는 크랭킹 제어를 실행하고,
상기 제어기(90)는, 상기 크랭킹 제어에 의해 엔진(50)이 자체 구동을 개시한 후에, 파킹 로크 기구(200)를 사용하여 구동축을 로크하고, 차륜 로크 장치에 의한 차륜(88, 96)의 강제 로킹을 취소하는, 차량 구동 장치. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 차륜(88, 96)은 구동륜(88) 및 피동륜(96) 양쪽을 포함하거나 또는 이들 중 어느 한쪽을 포함하는, 차량 구동 장치.
- 엔진(50)과, 상기 엔진(50)을 시동시키기 위한 모터(MG1)와, 상기 엔진(50)으로부터의 토크를 받아서 차량의 차륜(88)을 구동하기 위한 구동축과, 시프트 레버 위치가 파킹 위치로 설정되는 것에 응하여 상기 구동축을 로크하기 위한 파킹 로크 기구(200)와, 상기 차륜(88)을 로크하기 위한 브레이크 장치(86)를 갖는 차량 구동 장치(10)의 제어 방법이며,
시프트 위치가 파킹 위치일 때, 시프트 레버에 의한 파킹 위치의 해제 지시 이외의 상기 엔진을 시동시키기 위한 조건이 만족되었는지를 판단하는 단계와,
시동 조건이 만족되었을 때 상기 차륜(88)이 브레이크 장치(86)에 의해 강제 로크되고 상기 파킹 로크 기구(200)가 구동축을 언로크시키도록 해제되게 되는 로크 절환 제어를 실행하고, 이 후 엔진(50)이 모터(MG1)에 의해 시동되게 되는 크랭킹 제어를 실행하는 단계와,
크랭킹 제어에 의해 엔진(50)이 자체 구동을 개시한 후에, 파킹 로크 기구(200)에 의해 구동축을 로크하고, 브레이크 장치(86)에 의한 차륜(88)의 강제 로킹을 취소하는 단계를 포함하는, 제어 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 차량 구동 장치(10)는 온도 센서(52)를 더 구비하고,
상기 온도 센서(52)에 의해 검출된 온도가 소정 온도보다 낮으면 로크 절환 제어 후에 크랭킹 제어가 실행되고,
상기 온도 센서(52)에 의해 검출된 온도가 소정 온도보다 높으면 로크 절환 제어를 실행하지 않고 크랭킹 제어가 실행되는, 제어 방법. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 브레이크 장치(86)는 파킹 브레이크 및 유압 브레이크를 갖추고,
상기 유압 브레이크는 로크 절환 제어 동안에 차륜(88)을 강제 로크하는데 사용되고,
차륜(88)이 파킹 브레이크에 의해 로크되어 있지 않으면 로크 절환 제어를 실행하지 않고 크랭킹 제어가 실행되는, 제어 방법. - 삭제
