Abstract
Description
Claims (36)
- 산가가 30을 초과하고 평균 분자량이 800 내지 5,000 Da이며 융점이 75 내지 13O ℃인 하나 이상의 아크릴 수지로 코팅된 안료로 필수적으로 이루어지고, 80 내지 20 중량%의 상기 안료 및 80 내지 20 중량%의 상기 수지를 포함하며, 과립의 직경이 0.4mm 내지 2.2 mm인, 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지의 평균 분자량이 900 내지 2,000 Da임을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수지의 융점이 85 내지 120 ℃임을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지의 산가가 50을 초과함을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 수지가 스티렌, 메틸 메타크릴레이트 및 아크릴레이트 단량체의 다중 부가 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 수지가 존크릴 중합체 (Joncryl polymer)로 시판되는 수지 및 시판명 SMA?로 사토머 컴퍼니 인크. (Sartomer Company Inc.)에 의해 제조 및 시판되는 스티렌 말레산 무수물 공중합체 및 에스테르 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 수지가 Joncryl?67, Joncryl?690, Joncryl?586, Joncryl?611, Joncryl?678, SMA?1000, SMA?2000, SMA?3000, SMA?1440, SMA?17352, SMA?2625 및/또는 SMA?3840중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 알데하이드 수지, 케톤 수지 또는 이들의 혼합 수지를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 알데하이드 수지, 케톤 수지 또는 이들의 혼합 수지의 평균 분자량이 800 내지 3,000 Da, 또는 융점이 70 내지 130 ℃, 또는 평균 분자량이 800 내지 3,000 Da이면서 융점이 70 내지 130 ℃임을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 알데하이드 수지, 케톤 수지 또는 이들의 혼합 수지의 평균 분자량이 900 내지 1,400 Da, 또는 융점이 90 내지 110 ℃, 또는 평균 분자량이 900 내지 1,400 Da이면서 융점이 90 내지 110 ℃임을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안료가 유기 안료 및 무기 안료 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 안료가 산화철 안료, 산화티탄 안료, 니켈 및 티탄산니켈과 공동-침전된 산화크롬 안료, 유기물 연소로부터의 검정 안료, 구리 프탈로시아닌으로부터의 청록색 안료, 납 설포크로메이트 또는 납 비스무트 바나데이트로부터의 황색 안료, 납 설포크로메이트 몰리브데이트로부터의 오렌지색 안료, 아릴아미드에 기초한 황색 안료, 나프톨에 기초한 오렌지색 안료, 디케토-피롤로-피롤에 기초한 오렌지색 안료, 아조 염료의 망간 염에 기초한 적색 안료, 베타-옥시나프토산의 망간 염에 기초한 적색 안료, 퀴나크리돈에 기초한 적색 안료, 안트라퀴논에 기초한 적색 안료, 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안료는 무기 안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 무기 안료 55 내지 65 중량% 및 상기 수지 35 내지 45 중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 안료 15 내지 40 중량%, 상기 수지 45 내지 75 중량%, 무기 강화 충진제 20 중량% 이하, 첨가제 0.1 내지 10 중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 유기 안료 20 내지 35 중량%, 상기 수지 50 내지 70 중량%, 상기 무기 강화 충진제 5 내지 15 중량%, 첨가제 1 내지 7 중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 무기 강화 충진제가 황산바륨임을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제가 에폭시화 대두유, 소르비탄 에스테르, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과립의 길이가 0.2 내지 8.8 mm임을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과립의 길이가 1.8 내지 2.2 mm이고 직경이 1.0 내지 1.8 mm임을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 g 당 80 내지 1,000개의 과립을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 염기성 pH를 갖는 수성 페인트 제조용 과립 조성물.
- 삭제
- 수지를 용융시키고, 상기 용융된 수지로 안료의 전체 표면을 습윤시키며, 이로부터 수득된 혼합물을 압출시켜 압출물을 얻고, 상기 압출물을 냉각시키며, 이어서 습윤 상태에서 과립화시키고 건조시켜 과립을 얻는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 압출을 수지의 용융 온도보다 5 내지 20 ℃ 높은 압출기의 내부 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 과립 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 일축 압출기 및 이축 압출기의 사용을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 과립 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 압출기에서 배출되는 용융된 물질을 냉각시키고 물 제트 절단 작용을 갖는 습식법으로 과립화시킴을 특징으로 하는 과립 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 과립을 진동 스크린 상에서 물에 의해 분리시킨 후 나선형 엘리베이터에서 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 과립 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
