Claims (5)
- 개수 기준의 평균 입경이 300㎛ 이상, 600㎛ 이하이고, 입경 분포의 변동 계수가 10% 이상, 20% 이하인 수불용성 담체의 입자군으로 이루어지는 흡착재가 충전 된 직접 혈액 관류용 흡착기로서,흡착기의 메시의 눈금 사이즈에 대한 수불용성 미립자를 제거하는 메시의 눈금 사이즈의 비가 1.3 이상, 1.5 이하인 메시를 이용하여, 상기 흡착재로부터 수불용성 미립자를 제거함으로써, 이 흡착기내에 존재하는 10㎛ 이상의 수불용성 미립자 수의 측정값의 평균 + 6SD 가 흡착기당 24000 개 이하, 25㎛ 이상의 수불용성 미립자 수의 측정값의 평균 + 6SD 가 흡착기당 4000 개 이하인 직접 혈액 관류용 흡착기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,흡착재의 구상 단백질의 배제 한계 분자량이 2×104 이상, 1×108 이하인 직접 혈액 관류용 흡착기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,흡착재가 셀룰로오스계 담체인 직접 혈액 관류용 흡착기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,흡착재가 셀룰로오스계 담체이고, 흡착재의 구상 단백질의 배제 한계 분자량이 5×105 이상, 1×108 이하이며, 또한 저밀도 리포 단백질 및 피브리노겐의 흡착 재를 충전시킨 직접 혈액 관류용 흡착기.
- 흡착기의 메시의 눈금 사이즈에 대한 수불용성 미립자를 제거하는 메시의 눈금 사이즈의 비가 1.3 이상, 1.5 이하인 메시를 이용하여, 개수 기준의 평균 입경이 300㎛ 이상, 600㎛ 이하이며, 또한 입경 분포의 변동 계수가 10% 이상, 20% 이하인 입자군으로 이루어지는 흡착재로부터 수불용성 미립자를 제거한 흡착재를 충전하여, 직접 혈액 관류용 흡착기를 얻는 방법.
