Claims (11)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기광전소자용 화합물:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서,Ar1은 단일결합, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬렌기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴렌기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것이고,Ar2 및 Ar3는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로 각각 독립적으로, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 30의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴아민기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것이고, 단, Ar2 및 Ar3중에서 선택되는 어느 하나는 정공수송성 치환기이고,R1 내지 R9는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로 각각 독립적으로, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 30의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 30의 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것이고, 단, R1 내지 R5 중에서 선택되는 서로 인접한 두 개는 융합링을 형성할 수 있고, R6 내지 R9 중에서 선택되는 서로 인접한 두 개는 융합링을 형성할 수 있고,상기 정공수송성 치환기는 하기 화학식 4 내지 8로 표시되는 치환기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다.[화학식 4] [화학식 5] [화학식 6][화학식 7] [화학식 8](상기 화학식 4 내지 8에서,R'1 내지 R'7은 서로 같거나 다른 것으로 각각 독립적으로, 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기, 및 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 12의 아릴기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것이고,a, c, 및 e는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로 각각 독립적으로, 0 또는 1 내지 2 사이의 정수이고,b, d, 및 f는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로 각각 독립적으로, 1 또는 2임.)

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기광전소자용 화합물은 단독 또는 도펀트와 함께 호스트 재료로 사용되는 것인 유기광전소자용 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 도펀트는 적색, 녹색, 청색, 및 백색으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 인광 도펀트인 것인 유기광전소자용 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기광전소자용 화합물은 유리전이온도(Tg)가 110 ℃ 이상이고, 열분해온도(Td)가 400 ℃ 이상인 것인 유기광전소자용 화합물.
- 양극, 음극 및 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 개재되는 적어도 한 층 이상의 유기 박막층을 포함하는 유기광전소자에 있어서,상기 유기 박막층 중 적어도 어느 한 층은 상기 제1항에 따른 유기광전소자용 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기광전소자.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 유기광전소자용 화합물은 호스트 재료 또는 전하수송재료로 사용되는 것인 유기광전소자.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 유기 박막층은 발광층, 정공수송층, 정공주입층, 전자수송층, 전자주입층, 및 이들이 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 층인 것인 유기광전소자.
- 제8항의 유기광전소자를 포함하는 것인 표시장치.
