Claims (12)
- 중량%로, C: 0.01~0.1%, Si: 0.3~1.4%, Mn: 1.0~3.0%, Ti+TiO: 4.0~7.5%, Ni: 0.01~3.0%, B: 0.01~0.2%를 포함하고,
Y: 0.02~0.42% 또는 REM: 0.02~0.56%을 포함하고 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 용접이음부 저온인성 및 용접작업성이 우수한 플럭스 코어드 아크 용접 와이어.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 Y 및 REM을 모두 포함하는 경우, Y 및 REM의 합은 0.19~0.65%인 용접이음부 저온인성 및 용접작업성이 우수한 플럭스 코어드 아크 용접 와이어.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 용접 와이어는 Nb: 0.15%이하를 더 포함하는 용접이음부 저온인성 및 용접작업성이 우수한 플럭스 코어드 아크 용접 와이어.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 플럭스 코어드 용접 와이어는 280A-30V의 용접 조건으로 아크 용접시 스패터 발생량이 2.0mg/min이하인 용접작업성이 우수한 플럭스 코어드 아크 용접 와이어.
- 중량%로, C: 0.01~0.1%, Si: 0.1~0.5%, Mn: 0.5~2.0%, Ti: 0.02~0.1%, Ni: 0.01~3.0%, B: 5~60ppm를 포함하고,
Y: 5~250ppm 및 REM: 5~250ppm 중 1종 또는 2종을 포함하고, 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 저온인성 및 용접작업성이 우수한 용접이음부.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 용접이음부는 Nb: 0.02%이하를 더 포함하는 저온인성 및 용접작업성이 우수한 용접이음부.
- 청구항 5 또는 6에 있어서,
상기 용접이음부는 Ti, Mn, Y 및 REM 중 하나 이상으로 이루어진 복합 개재물을 포함하고, 평균 입경 0.01~0.1㎛인 복합 개재물이 전체 복합 개재물의 65%이하인 저온인성 및 용접작업성이 우수한 용접이음부.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 복합 개재물의 개수가 1㎟당 200개 이상인 저온인성 및 용접작업성이 우수한 용접이음부
- 청구항 5 또는 6에 있어서,
상기 용접이음부의 구오스테나이트 크기가 400㎛이하인 저온인성 및 용접작업성이 우수한 용접이음부.
- 청구항 5 또는 6에 있어서,
상기 용접이음부의 미세조직은 침상 페라이트가 면적분율로 86% 이상인 저온인성 및 용접작업성이 우수한 용접이음부.
- 청구항 5 또는 6에 있어서,
상기 용접이음부는 -80℃에서 저온 충격인성이 60J 이상인 저온인성 및 용접작업성이 우수한 용접이음부.
- 청구항 5 또는 6에 있어서,
상기 용접이음부는 -60℃에서 저온 CTOD 특성이 0.25㎜이상인 저온인성 및 용접작업성이 우수한 용접이음부.
