Claims (13)
- 하기를 함유하는 열가소성 폴리올레핀 조성물:(1) 헤테로페이직 (heterophasic) 프로필렌 중합체 30~70 중량%;(2) C3-6 α,β-불포화 카르복실산, C3-6 α,β-불포화 카르복실산의 C1-8 알킬 에스테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 공단량체와 에틸렌의 공중합체 20~60 중량%; 및(3) 아연, 마그네슘, 칼슘 및 나트륨의 아세테이트, 스테아레이트, 수산화물 및 산화물, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 금속 화합물 2~20 중량%.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 헤테로페이직 프로필렌 중합체 (1) 이 하기를 함유하는 폴리올레핀 조성물인 열가소성 폴리올레핀 조성물:(A) 하기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 결정성 중합체 분획 10~50 중량%:(i) 프로필렌 동종중합체 및(ii) 화학식 CH2=CHR (식 중, R 은 H 또는 C2-8 선형 또는 분지형 알킬임) 의 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀과 프로필렌의 공중합체 (상기 공중합체는 85 중량% 이상의 프로필렌 단위체를 함유함); 및(B) 하기를 함유하는 에틸렌 공중합체 50~90 중량%:(iii) 화학식 CH2=CHR (식 중, R 은 C1-8 알킬 라디칼임) 의 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀과 에틸렌의 공중합체의 결정성 분획 0~20 중량%; 및(iv) 40 중량% 미만의 에틸렌 단위체를 함유하는, 화학식 CH2=CHR (식 중, R 은 C1-8 알킬 라디칼임) 의 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀과 에틸렌의 공중합체의 엘라스토머성 분획 80~100 중량%.
- 하기의 용융 블렌딩을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리올레핀의 제조 방법:(1) 헤테로페이직 프로필렌 중합체 30~70 중량%;(2) C3-6 α,β-불포화 카르복실산, C3-6 α,β-불포화 카르복실산의 C1-8 알킬 에스테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 공단량체와 에틸렌의 공중합체 20~60 중량%; 및(3) 아연, 마그네슘, 칼슘 및 나트륨의 아세테이트, 스테아레이트, 수산화물 및 산화물, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 금속 화합물 2~20 중량%.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 열가소성 폴리올레핀 조성물을 함유하는 물품.
- 제 3 항에 따른 방법으로 수득가능한 열가소성 폴리올레핀을 함유하는 열성형품.
- 제 3 항에 따른 방법으로 수득가능한 열가소성 폴리올레핀을 함유하는 합성 스킨 (skin).
- MFR 값 (ISO 1133, 190℃/5.0Kg) 이 0.01 내지 5.0 g/10 분의 범위인, 제 3 항에 따른 방법으로 수득가능한 열가소성 폴리올레핀.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, MFRI 값 (ISO 1133, 230℃/2.16Kg) 이 0.01 내지 5.0 g/10 분의 범위인 열가소성 폴리올레핀.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, (4) 상용화제 1.0~10.0 중량% 을 추가로 포함하는 열가소성 폴리올레핀의 제조 방법.
