Abstract
Description
카테킨류 조성물을 증류수로 희석하고, 필터(0.8㎛)로 여과 후, 시마즈세이사쿠쇼사 제품, 고속액체 크로마토그래피(형식 SCL-10AVP)를 사용하여, 옥타데실기 도입액체 크로마토그래프용 충전 칼럼(packed column) L-칼럼 TM ODS(4.6mmφ×250mm: 재단법인 화학물질평가연구기구 제품)를 장착하고, 칼럼온도 35℃에서, A액 및 B액을 사용한 그레디언트법에 의해 행하였다. 이동상 A액은 초산을 0.1mol/L 함유의 증류수 용액, B액은 초산을 0.1mol/L 함유의 아세토니트릴 용액으로 하고, 시료 주입량은 20μL, UV 검출기 파장은 280nm의 조건에서 행하였다.

Claims (25)
- 녹차추출물을, 유기용매와 물의 중량비가 91/9~97/3의 혼합용액과, 활성탄; 및 산성백토 또는 활성백토;를 접촉시키는 방법에 의해서 얻어진 저카페인 녹차추출물을 배합한, 비중합체 카테킨류를 0.03~1.0중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기포장음료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 녹차추출물이 상기 산성백토 또는 상기 활성백토와 접촉할 때의 pH가 4~6인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기포장음료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저카페인 녹차추출물이, 상기 녹차추출물을 유기용매와 물의 혼합용액에 용해시켜, 상기 활성탄; 및 산성백토 또는 활성백토;와 접촉시켜서 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 용기포장음료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저카페인 녹차추출물이, 상기 유기용매와 물의 혼합용액에, 상기 활성탄; 및 산성백토 또는 활성백토;를 분산시킨 분산액과, 상기 녹차추출물을 접촉시켜서 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 용기포장음료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가, 에탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기포장음료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원료 녹차추출물이, 초임계 상태의 이산화탄소 접촉처리를 실시한 Camellia속 차잎에서 추출한 차 추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기포장음료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기포장음료는 pH가 2~6인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기포장음료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기포장 비차(非茶)계 음료인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기포장음료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투명 용기 저장의 음료인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기포장음료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 감미료를 0.0001~20중량% 함유하는 음료인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기포장음료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카페인 중량에 대한 비중합체 카테킨류 중량의 비율이 25~200인 음료인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기포장음료.
- 녹차추출물과, 유기용매와 물의 중량비가 91/9~97/3의 혼합용액과, 활성탄; 및 산성백토 또는 활성백토;를 접촉시켜, 추출물의 건조 중량으로 비중합체 카테킨류를 25~90중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저카페인 녹차추출물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 녹차추출물과 상기 산성백토 또는 상기 활성백토와 접촉할 때의 pH를 4~6으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 녹차추출물을 상기 유기용매와 상기 물의 혼합용액에 용해시켜, 상기 활성탄; 및 산성백토 또는 활성백토;와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매와 상기 물의 혼합용액에, 상기 활성탄; 및 산성백토 또는 활성백토;를 분산시킨 분산액과, 상기 녹차추출물을 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 산성백토 또는 상기 활성백토와 상기 녹차추출물을 접촉시킨 후, 다음으로 상기 활성탄과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가, 에탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 원료 녹차추출물이, 초임계 상태의 이산화탄소 접촉처리를 실시한 Camellia속의 차잎에서 추출한 차 추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 저카페인 녹차추출물의 카페인 중량에 대한 비중합체 카테킨류 중량의 비율이 25~200인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.

- 녹차추출물을, 유기용매와 물의 중량비가 91/9~97/3의 혼합용액에 분산시키고, 활성탄; 및 산성백토 또는 활성백토;와 접촉시켜서, 카페인 함유 카테킨류 조성물에서 선택적으로 카페인을 제거하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 산성백토를, 비중합체 카테킨류와의 중량비율(비중합체 카테킨류 중량에 대한 산성백토 중량의 비율)이 0.9~5.0이 되는 범위에서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 또한 유기산을, 비중합체 카테킨류와의 중량비율(비중합체 카테킨류 중량에 대한 유기산 중량의 비율)이 0.02~0.20이 되는 범위에서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 분산액에 10~30℃에서 녹차추출물을 접촉시킨 후에, 40~60℃로 승온하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
