Claims (8)
- 폴리머 용액을 이용하여 전계 방사법에 의해 기재층상에 나노 섬유층을 형성하고, 상기 기재층과 상기 나노 섬유층이 적층된 구조를 가진 나노 섬유 복합체를 제조하는 전계 방사 공정을 포함하는 나노 섬유 복합체의 제조 방법에 있어서,
나노 섬유와 비즈상 구조체 중 나노 섬유만으로 이루어진 나노 섬유층이 형성되는 폴리머 농도를 제 1 폴리머 농도로 하고, 나노 섬유와 비즈상 구조체 중 비즈상 구조체만으로 이루어진 층이 형성되는 폴리머 농도를 제 2 폴리머 농도로 할 때, 제 1 폴리머 농도보다 낮고, 제 2 폴리머 농도보다 높은 제 3 폴리머 농도의 폴리머 재료를 함유하는 폴리머 용액을 제작하는 공정과;
2층 이상의 층이 적층된 구조의 적어도 상기 기재층의 상면 또는 하면 중 한쪽 면과 측면이, 나노 섬유와 비즈상 구조체가 혼재된 상태의 상기 나노 섬유층에 의해 덮이도록 전계 방사 공정을 실시하며,
상기 폴리머 용액은 디메틸설폭시드, 아세톤, 포름산, 아세트산, 시클로헥산, THF 중 선택된 어느 하나 또는 하나 이상의 용매에 폴리락트산(PLA), 폴리아세트산비닐(PVAc), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT), 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN), 폴리에테르이미드(PEI), 폴리카프로락톤(PCL), 폴리락트산글리콜산(PLGA), 실크, 키토산 중 선택된 어느 하나 또는 하나 이상으로 이루어진 폴리머가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 섬유 복합체 제조 방법.

- 제1항의 나노 섬유 복합체 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 나노 섬유 복합체에 있어서,
상기 나노 섬유의 평균 직경은 30nm~3000nm의 범위 내이고,
상기 비즈상 구조체의 평균 직경은 60nm~5000nm의 범위 내이며,
상기 비즈상 구조체의 평균 직경은 상기 나노 섬유의 평균 직경의 2배~100배의 범위 내이며,
상기 기재층은 2층 이상의 층이 적층된 구조를 가지는 기재층이고,
적어도 상기 기재층의 표면 또는 하면 중 한쪽 면과 측면이 상기 나노 섬유층에 의해 덮여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 섬유 복합체.
- 삭제
- 세퍼레이터를 구성하는 층 중 적어도 1개의 층으로서 제5항에 기재된 나노 섬유 복합체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세퍼레이터.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 세퍼레이터의 두께는 1㎛~100㎛의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세퍼레이터.
