Claims (20)
- 기재층,
포진용 나노 섬유로 이루어진 포진용 나노 섬유층, 및
상기 기재층과 상기 포진용 나노 섬유층을 접합하기 위한 접합 부재를 구비하고,
상기 포진용 나노 섬유에는 도전체가 부착되어 있고, 또한 상기 기재층과 상기 포진용 나노 섬유층을 상기 접합 부재로 접합한 구조를 가지되,
상기 기재층을 구성하는 재료의 융점을 "T1", 상기 접합 부재를 구성하는 재료의 융점을 "T2", 상기 포진용 나노 섬유층을 구성하는 재료의 융점을 "T3"으로 할 때, 「T1>T2」및 「T3>T2」의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 필터용 여과재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 도전체는 도전체 증착법에 의해 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 필터용 여과재. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도전체로서 복수 종류의 도전체를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 필터용 여과재. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기재층을 구성하는 재료의 융점(T1), 상기 접합 부재를 구성하는 재료의 융점(T2), 상기 포진용 나노 섬유층을 구성하는 재료의 융점(T3)은, 「T1-T2≥10℃」및 「T3-T2≥10℃」의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 필터용 여과재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 포진용 나노 섬유층은 상기 접합 부재의 접합면과 반대측 면에 상기 포진용 나노 섬유층을 보호하기 위한 커버층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 필터용 여과재. - 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 포진용 나노 섬유층은 전계 방사법에 의해 형성되고,
상기 접합 부재는 접합용 나노 섬유로 이루어진 접합용 나노 섬유층으로 형성되며, 또한 상기 접합용 나노 섬유층은 전계 방사법에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 필터용 여과재. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 접합용 나노 섬유층의 밀도량은 0.01g/㎡~20g/㎡의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 백 필터용 여과재. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 포진용 나노 섬유의 평균 직경을 "D1"으로 하고, 상기 접합용 나노 섬유의 평균 직경을 "D2"로 할 때, 「0.01≤D2/D1≤0.50」의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 필터용 여과재.
