Claims (4)
- 천장벽(5), 이에 대향하는 바닥벽(6), 그리고 이들 천장벽(5)과 바닥벽(6) 사이를 연결하는 둘레벽(7)으로 이루어지고, 그 천장벽(5)에 기체 입구 포트(20) 및 기체 출구 포트(21)를 설치한 트랩 하우징(3)과, 상기 천장벽(5)과 바닥벽(6) 사이에 유지되고, 내부가 상기 기체 입구 포트(20)에 직접 연통하며, 외주면이 트랩 하우징(3)의 내부 공간(8)을 통해 상기 기체 출구 포트(21)에 연통하는 통형의 필터 엘리먼트(4)를 구비하는 기체용 액체 트랩 장치로서,
상기 필터 엘리먼트(4)와, 트랩 하우징(3) 내로 개구하는 상기 기체 출구 포트(21)의 출구 포트 상류부(21a)를, 트랩 하우징(3)을 평면적으로 보았을 때 하나의 횡방향 중심선(X) 상에서 상호 대향하는 상기 둘레벽(7)의 제1 및 제2 측벽부(7a, 7b)에 각각 근접시켜 배치하고, 상기 횡방향 중심선(X)을 2등분하여 트랩 하우징(3)의 내부 공간(8)을 2개의 영역으로 나눈 경우의 각 영역에, 상기 필터 엘리먼트(4)의 중심 축선(Y2)과 상기 출구 포트 상류부(21a)의 중심 축선을 각각 배치하고, 필터 엘리먼트(4) 내로 개구하는 상기 기체 입구 포트(20)의 입구 포트 하류부(20b)를 천장벽(5)의 하면으로부터 필터 엘리먼트(4) 내로 돌출시켜 유입 안내관(22)을 구성하고, 상기 천장벽(5)에 상방으로 연장되는 오목부(23)를 형성하고, 상기 출구 포트 상류부(21a)를 그 오목부(23)에 있어서 상기 천장벽(5)의 하면으로부터 상기 내부 공간(8)으로 돌출시켜 유출 안내관(24)을 구성하고, 상기 유출 안내관(24)의 하단 개방면을 천장벽(5)의 오목부(23)의 개방 하면보다 상방에 배치하고, 이 유출 안내관(24)의 주위에 기체가 고이는 고임부(23a)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기체용 액체 트랩 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트랩 하우징(3)을 상기 횡방향 중심선(X)을 따라 길게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기체용 액체 트랩 장치.
