Claims (13)
- 중량%로, 탄소: 0.002~0.01%, 망간: 1.6~2.5%, 인: 0.08~0.12%, 황: 0초과 0.01%, 알루미늄: 0.01~0.06%, 규소: 0.16~0.30%, 티타늄: 0.02~0.07%, 니오븀: 0.01~0.05%, 질소: 0.002~0.01%, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 B를 포함하는 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브를 900~950℃ 의 온도 범위에서 열간 압연 후에 5~10℃/s의 제1 속도로 냉각하는 단계;
상기 냉각 후에 상기 슬라브를 700~800℃ 온도범위에서 유지하는 단계;
상기 유지 단계 후에 상기 슬라브를 상기 제1 속도보다 큰 80~120℃/s의 제2 속도로 냉각하는 단계; 및
상기 냉각 후에 상기 슬라브를 권취하여 30~80%의 압하율로 냉간 압연하는 단계;를 포함하는, 고강도의 냉연강판 제조방법.
