Claims (5)
- (1) 피브로넥틴의 헤파린 II 도메인을 갖는 폴리펩티드, 섬유아세포 증식 인자, V형 콜라겐의 인슐린 결합 도메인을 갖는 폴리펩티드, DEAE-덱스트란 및 폴리리신으로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 레트로바이러스 결합 활성을 갖는 물질이 고정화된 고형상을, 레트로바이러스를 함유하는 레트로바이러스 생산 세포 배양 상청액과 접촉시키는 단계;
(2) 상기 단계 (1)에서 수득한 고형상으로부터 레트로바이러스 생산 세포 배양 상청액을 제거하는 단계; 및
(3) 상기 단계 (2)에서 수득한 고형상에 고정화된 레트로바이러스 결합 활성을 갖는 물질을 통해서 상기 고형상에 결합된 레트로바이러스를 용액과 접촉시킨 상태로, 15℃ 이하의 온도에서 24시간 이상의 기간 동안 유지하는 단계를 포함하는, 레트로바이러스의 보존 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 레트로바이러스가 비동결 상태로 유지되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레트로바이러스가 공기와 접촉하지 않는 상태의 용액과 접촉한 상태로 유지되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레트로바이러스가 인산염을 완충 성분으로서 함유하는 완충액 중에서 유지되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레트로바이러스가 정제 젤라틴, 인간 혈청알부민(HSA) 및 유당으로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 물질을 함유하는 용액과 접촉한 상태로 유지되는 방법.
