Claims (6)
- 복수의 데이터 신호라인과 복수의 게이트 신호라인의 교차부에 화소셀이 형성된 표시영역과, 상기 표시영역의 신호라인의 라인불량을 검사하기 위한 복수의 검사용 신호라인을 가지는 평판 표시장치에 있어서,교차하는 상기 검사용 신호라인들 중 단선된 검사용 신호라인과 절연막을 사이에 두고 중첩되도록 형성되어 단선된 검사용 신호라인을 멀티 패스로 접속시키는 연결부를 구비하고,상기 연결부는,복수의 컨택홀을 통해 상기 단선된 검사용 신호라인의 양 단선영역을 전기적으로 연결하는 제1 연결전극과;상기 제1 연결전극과 평행하는 방향으로 형성되어 복수의 컨택홀을 통해 상기 단선된 검사용 신호라인의 양 단선영역을 전기적으로 연결하는 제2 연결전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 검사용 신호라인들은,기수 데이터 라인에 전기적으로 접속된 검사용 기수 데이터 신호라인과,우수 데이터 라인에 전기적으로 접속된 검사용 우수 데이터 신호라인인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 검사용 기수 데이터 신호라인과 검사용 우수 데이터 신호라인의 교차부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 검사용 신호라인들은,기수 게이트 라인에 전기적으로 접속된 검사용 기수 게이트 신호라인과,우수 게이트 라인에 전기적으로 접속된 검사용 우수 게이트 신호라인인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 검사용 기수 게이트 신호라인과 검사용 우수 게이트 신호라인의 교차부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 표시장치.
