Claims (9)
- 복수의 게이트배선 및 데이터배선에 의해 정의되는 복수의 화소를 포함하는 액정패널;상기 액정패널의 외곽영역에 형성되어 게이트배선에 신호를 인가하는 복수의 게이트패드;상기 게이트패드에 연결되어 게이트 테스트신호를 인가하는 게이트 테스트패드;상기 게이트 테스트패드에 공통으로 연결되는 게이트 오토프로브패드;상기 게이트패드와 게이트 테스트패드 사이에 설치되어 게이트 테스트신호가 인가됨에 따라 게이트 테스트신호를 게이트패드로 공급하는 트랜지스터;상기 액정패널의 외곽영역에 형성되어 데이터배선에 신호를 인가하는 복수의 데이터패드;상기 데이터패드에 연결되어 데이터 테스트신호를 인가하는 데이터 테스트패드;상기 데이터 테스트패드에 공통으로 연결되는 데이트 오토프로브패드; 및상기 데이터패드와 데이터 테스트패드 사이에 설치되어 데이터 테스트신호가 인가됨에 따라 데이터 테스트신호를 데이터패드로 공급하는 트랜지스터를 포함하여 구성되는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 게이트 테스트패드는,게이트전극층의 구성물질에 의하여 공통으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 게이트 오토프로브패드는,상기 게이트전극층의 구성물질에 의하여 상기 게이트 테스트패드의 일측 끝단에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 게이트 오토프로브패드가 연결된 게이트 테스트패드의 일측 끝단의 반대쪽 끝단은,화소전극층의 구성물질에 의하여 상기 게이트 오토프로브패드에 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 데이터 테스트패드는,게이트전극층의 구성물질에 의하여 공통으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 데이터 오토프로브패드는,상기 게이트전극층의 구성물질에 의하여 상기 데이터 테스트패드의 일측 끝단에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 데이터 오토프로브패드가 연결된 데이터 테스트패드의 일측 끝단의 반대쪽 끝단은,화소전극층의 구성물질에 의하여 상기 데이터 오토프로브패드에 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 2항 ~ 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 게이트전극층의 구성물질은,AlNd와 같은 금속으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 4항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 화소전극층의 구성물질은,인듐 틴 옥사이드와 같은 투명한 도전물질로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
