Claims (8)
- M(Ⅱ)XM(Ⅲ)Y(OH)N(Am-)Z?nH2O 의 구조를 지니며, 여기서 M(Ⅱ)는 Mg2+, Ni2+, Zn2+ 중에서 선택되는 1종이상의 2가 금속, M(Ⅲ)는 Al3+, Fe3+, Cr3+, Co3+ 에서 선택되는 1종이상의 3가 금속, 그리고 Am-는 CO2- 3, OH-, NO3-,SO2- 4, 할로겐화물중에서 선택되는 1종이상으로 이루어진 하이드로탈사이트의 결정을 합성한 후에, 전기분해 방식을 이용하여 아연(Zn)을 침착시킴을 특징으로 하는 P.V.C 안정제용 하이드로탈사이트 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하이드로탈사이트의 결정을 합성한 후에, 전기분해 방식으로 아연(Zn)을 침착 시킬 때, 장기내열성의 보완 및 물성 향상을 위해 칼슘을 같이 침착시킨 것을 포함하는 P.V.C 안정제용 하이드로탈사이트 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 하이드로탈사이트의 제조방법은 MgCl2, AlCl3의 염화물, Mg(NO3)2, Al(NO3)3의 질산염, 및 MgSO4, Al2(SO4)3의 황산염을 원료로 하거나; MgO, Al2O3과 Mg(OH)2, Al(OH)3의 금속옥사이드나 하이드록사이드로를 이용하여 합성된 하이드로탈사이트 또는 하이드로탈사이트 유도체를 모두 포함함을 특징으로 하는 P.V.C 안정제용 하이드로탈사이트 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기분해 방식으로 아연을 단독 또는 복합으로 침착시킬 때 양극과 음극에 고 순도(99.9이상)의 아연을 단독 또는 병행으로 양쪽 또는 한쪽에 연결시켜 전기분해 방식으로 이온 침착시키고, 이때 사용할 수 있는 전압은 1- 100V의 범위이며, 침착된 아연의 양은 1 - 10wt%의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 P.V.C 안정제용 하이드로탈사이트 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아연이 침착된 하이드로탈사이트를 합성한 후, 필터 및 건조 후 n= 0로 물을 제거한 것 또는 고온(200℃이상)으로 열처리 한 것 중 하나 이상을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 P.V.C 안정제용 하이드로탈사이트 제조방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 4 항, 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아연이 침착된 하이드로탈사이트는 지방산, 알콜, 금속비누, 왁스, 고분자 중 하나 이상을 1-4%로 건식코팅, 습식코팅, 기계적 코팅 중 하나 이상의 방법으로 코팅한 것을 포함하는 P.V.C 안정제용 하이드로탈사이트 제조방법.
