- 유기물 입자 함유 슬러리(slurry) 중의 유기물 입자를 미립화하는 장치로서, 상기 장치가,동심형상으로 2층 이상의 원통벽을 갖고, 서로 이웃하는 원통벽 사이에 환상(環像) 유로를 설치한 원통형상 용기와,환상 유로에 접선 방향으로 가압수를 주입해서 원주 방향의 고속 수류를 만드는 물 분출 장치와,상기 서로 이웃하는 어느 한쪽의 원통벽에 배치해서 유기물 입자 함유 슬러리를 상기 고속 수류 중에 공급하는 공급 노즐을 포함하고,고속 수류 중에서 상기 유기물 입자를 전단해서 미립화하되,환상 유로내의 고속 수류에는, 반경방향에 있어서의 유속차 또는 상하 위치에 있어서의 유속차를 마련하여, 유기물 입자를 전단 작용에 의해 미립화하며,상기 공급 노즐이 슬롯형상 노즐이고,상기 슬롯형상 노즐이 환상 유로를 이루는 내측의 원통벽에 고정되어, 상기 원통벽의 내측에 슬러리 공급구를 설치하고,상기 환상 유로에 고속 수류의 일부를 배출하는 배출구를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기물 입자의 미립화장치.

- 제 9 항에 있어서,환상 유로를 이루는 서로 이웃하는 상기 원통벽 중의 어느 한쪽은 수직축주위에 회전 가능하게 축 지지되고, 상기 원통벽에는 상기 원통벽을 회전시키는 회전 구동 수단을 접속하고, 상기 원통벽의 상부에는, 축 주위로 돌출해서 환상 유로의 상부 수류를 회전 가속시키는 날개가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립화 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 회전 구동 수단이, 원통벽 하부에 축 주위에 설치되어 고속 수류를 받아 회전하는 방사형상의 날개인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립화 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 회전 구동 수단이 상기 장치에 고정된 전동 모터와, 원통벽에 상기 전동 모터의 회전력을 전동하는 전동 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립화 장치.
