Description
Claims (11)
- 회전가능한 벨트 부재;상기 벨트 부재를 스트레칭하기 위한 스트레칭 수단; 및상기 벨트 부재를 스트레칭하고 스티어링하기 위한 스티어링 수단을 포함하고,상기 스티어링 수단은,상기 벨트 부재의 회전에 수반하여 회전가능한 회전부,상기 벨트 부재와 슬라이드 접촉가능하도록 상기 회전부의 각각의 대향하는 축 단부에 배치되는 마찰부,상기 회전부와 상기 마찰부를 지지하기 위한 지지 수단, 및상기 지지 수단을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 회전 샤프트를 포함하고,상기 스티어링 수단은 상기 벨트 부재와 상기 마찰부 사이의 슬라이딩에 기인한 힘에 의해 회전함으로써 상기 벨트 부재를 스티어링할 수 있고,상기 마찰부들 각각은, 상기 회전부의 회전축으로부터 축 방향으로 외측을 향해 경사진 경사면을 구비하고, 상기 벨트 부재는 상기 경사면들 중 적어도 하나에 접촉되어 있는, 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마찰부들은 상기 회전부의 마찰 계수들보다 큰 마찰 계수들을 갖는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 벨트 부재는, 상기 마찰부들 중 하나 및 상기 벨트 부재가 서로 접촉된 후에, 상기 마찰부들 중 하나와 상기 벨트 부재의 접촉에 의해 스티어링되는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 벨트 부재는 기층(base layer)으로서 수지 또는 금속층을 포함하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마찰부들은 도전성의 수지 재료로 형성되는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스트레칭 수단은, 상기 벨트 부재의 회전 방향에 대하여 상기 스티어링 수단과 인접한 위치들에 배치된 제1 스트레칭 부재 및 제2 스트레칭 부재를 포함하고, 상기 제1 스트레칭 부재에 대한 감김 각도 및 상기 제2 스트레칭 부재에 대한 감김 각도는 예각인 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전부에 대한 감김 각도는 둔각인 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 벨트 부재가 반송될 때, 상기 벨트 부재의 회전 방향에 대하여 상기 마찰부를 회전시키는데 필요한 토크는 상기 회전부를 회전시키는데 필요한 토크보다 큰 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 벨트 부재가 반송될 때, 상기 마찰부는 상기 벨트 부재의 회전 방향에 대하여 회전불가능한 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 벨트 부재는 토너상을 담지할 수 있는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 벨트 부재는 기록재를 반송하기 위한 벨트 부재인 화상 형성 장치.
