Claims (27)

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도파관(12)이 기준 요소(26)를 더 포함하며, 상기 변환기(14)와 상기 기준 요소(26) 사이의 도파관(12)의 부분이 기준부(28)로서 한정되고, 상기 유체가 상기 기준부로 공급되는,측정 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 음향 신호가 상기 도파관 내에서 이동할 수 있도록, 상기 도파관(12) 내에서의 유체 유동이 충분히 작은,측정 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도파관(12)이 도파관으로부터 과잉 유체가 배출될 수 있도록 하는 복수의 배출구(42)를 더 포함하는,측정 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 배출구(42)에 인접하게 배치된 흡수 구조물(58)을 더 포함하는,측정 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 흡수 구조물(58)이 하나 이상의 단부(60)로서 상기 흡수 구조물의 나머지 부분의 아래에 위치한 하나 이상의 단부(60)를 가짐으로써, 흡수된 유체가 상기 단부에 축적되도록 하는 사이펀 효과를 발생시키는,측정 장치.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유체(16) 수위 위에 위치한 상기 도파관의 부분이 상기 탱크(18)의 외부에 배치되며,상기 측정 장치가 상기 탱크(18)에 연결되는 바닥 단부 개구(48)를 구비하는 깔대기형 구조물(44)로서, 상기 도파관(12)이 상기 바닥 단부 개구(48)를 통과하도록 배치되는 깔대기형 구조물(44)을 더 포함하는,측정 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 깔대기형 구조물(44)의 내벽(46)의 각도가 수평면으로부터 보았을 때 상기 탱크의 최대 경사각보다 더 큰,측정 장치.
- 탱크(18) 내의 유체(16) 수위를 기체 조성 보상 음향 측정하기 위한 방법으로서,상기 탱크(18)의 외부에 배치된 변환기(14)로부터, 상기 유체(16) 속으로 연장된 일단부를 가진 도파관(12)으로 음향 신호를 송신하는 단계;반사된 음향 신호를 상기 도파관(12)으로부터 상기 변환기(14)로 수신하는 단계;를 포함하는 측정 방법으로서,상기 탱크(18)로부터의 유체 유동을 상기 유체 수위 위에 위치한 상기 도파관(12)의 부분으로 제공하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,측정 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 도파관(12)이 기준 요소(26)를 더 포함하며, 상기 변환기(14)와 상기 기준 요소(26) 사이의 도파관의 부분이 기준부(28)로서 한정되고, 상기 유체가 상기 기준부로 공급되는,측정 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 음향 신호가 상기 도파관(12) 내에서 이동할 수 있도록, 상기 유체 유 동이 충분히 작은,측정 방법.
