Claims (34)
- 제1 주표면 및 반대쪽의 제2 주표면을 갖는 비금속성 기재; 및제1 표면 및 반대쪽의 제2 표면을 갖는 코팅을 포함하는, 금속성 외관을 갖는 제품으로서,상기 기재의 제2 주표면은 텍스쳐화된 표면을 가져 상기 기재의 제2 주표면 상에 길이 5 cm 이하, 폭 1 내지 100 미크론 범위 및 깊이 0.05 내지 1 미크론 범위의 하나 이상의 그루브를 포함하는 소정의 패턴을 제공하고,상기 코팅의 제1 표면은 상기 기재의 제2 주표면의 최소한 일부 위에 있고, 상기 소정의 패턴의 상응 부분에 상기 코팅의 제1 표면의 일부가 합치되도록 상기 소정의 패턴에 표면접촉되어 있으며,상기 제품을 상기 기재의 제1 주표면 또는 상기 코팅의 제2 표면을 통해 볼 때 상기 소정의 패턴이 가시적일 수 있도록, 상기 코팅을 가진 기재의 가시광 투과율% 및 가시광 반사율%가 선택되는, 금속성 외관을 갖는 제품.

- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 심미적 반사층이 스틸, 구리, 황동, 니오븀, 알루미늄, 니크롬, 주석, 니켈 및 크롬, 귀금속 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되고,상기 프라이머층이 티타늄 함유 물질, 지르코늄 함유 물질, 알루미늄 함유 물질, 니켈 함유 물질, 크롬 함유 물질, 하프늄 함유 물질, 구리 함유 물질, 니오븀 함유 물질, 탄탈 함유 물질, 바나듐 함유 물질, 인듐 함유 물질, 아연 함유 물질, 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되고,상기 유전층이 티타늄, 하프늄, 지르코늄, 니오븀, 아연, 비스무스, 납, 인듐, 주석, 아연 및 주석의 산화물, 인듐-주석 합금의 산화물, 규소 질화물, 규소 알루미늄 질화물, 산화질화물 및 알루미늄 질화물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되고,상기 보호성 상부코트가 실리카와 알루미나의 혼합물의 산화물인, 제품.

- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 코팅된 제품이 10° 관찰자 각도에서 조명 D65를 사용하여 CIE 1976 표준법에 따라 시험시 a*=0.3, b*=4.5 및 L*=78의 색좌표를 가지며, 기재된 색좌표는 ±10% 만큼 변할 수 있는, 제품.
