Claims (8)
- 25℃에서 측정된 점도가 500 Pa.s. 이상인 유기폴리실록산 조성물(A)의 연속 제조 방법으로서, 제1 공정 단계에서, 둘 이상의 혼련 챔버를 구비한 혼련 캐스케이드에서 유기폴리실록산(O) 및 충전제(F)를 혼합하고 혼련하여 원료 혼합물을 형성하며, 여기서 상기 혼련 챔버는 서로 나란히 일렬로 배치되고, 각각이 평행 축을 갖고 동일 회전 방향 또는 반대 회전 방향으로 구동될 수 있는 2개의 혼련 도구를 포함하고, 재료를 혼련 도구의 축에 대해 횡단 방향으로 통과시킬 수 있는 개구부에 의해 서로 연결되며, 첫번째 혼련 챔버는 공급물 개구부를 갖고 마지막 혼련 챔버는 배출 개구부를 가지고, 제2 공정 단계에서, 배출 스크류를 구비한 연속 작동 이중 트로프 혼련기에서 100℃~250℃에서 상기 원료 혼합물을 혼련하고 탈기시키는 것인 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼련 캐스케이드는 3~10개의 혼련 챔버를 포함하는 것인 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이중 트로프 혼련기 내 유기폴리실록산 조성물(A)의 평균 체류 시간은 30분~3시간인 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이중 트로프 혼련기의 충전도는 40~60%에서 일 정하게 유지되는 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기폴리실록산 조성물(A) 중 충전제 함량은 5~80 중량%인 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, BET법에 의해 측정된 비표면적이 50 m2/g 이상인 실리카를 충전제(F)로서 사용하는 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분자가 하기 화학식 3을 갖는 폴리디메틸실록산을 유기폴리실록산(O)으로서 사용하는 연속 제조 방법:[화학식 3](ViMe2SiO1/2)c(ViMeSiO)d(Me2SiO)e(Me3SiO1/2)f상기 식에서,Vi는 비닐 라디칼이고 Me는 메틸 라디칼이고, 음이 아닌 정수 c, d, e 및 f는 c+d ≥ 1, c+f = 2, 1000<(d+e)<9000 및 0<(d+1)/(d+e)<1의 관계에 따른다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 25℃에서 측정된 점도가 10~200 mPa.s인 유기폴리실록산을 구조 개선제(S)로 첨가하는 연속 제조 방법.
