Claims (6)
- 제 1 전극이 형성된 하부 기판의 제 1 전극 상에 금속 산화물 입자들을 도포하고 적외선 열처리를 통해 소결하여 반도체층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 금속 산화물 입자들의 표면에 염료를 흡착시키는 단계;
상부 기판의 제 2 전극이 상기 반도체층과 이격되도록 상부 기판을 하부 기판과 합착하는 단계; 및
상기 하부 기판 및 상부 기판 사이의 공간에 전해질을 주입하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 적외선 열처리 시간은 30초 내지 5분인 염료감응 태양전지의 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 산화물 입자들을 도포하는 것은 상기 제 1 전극 상에 상기 금속 산화물 입자들을 수용성 분산액에 분산시켜 도포하는 것이며,
상기 적외선 열처리는 도포된 상기 금속 산화물 입자들을 소결하는 것인 염료감응 태양전지의 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적외선 열처리는 근적외선을 이용하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적외선 열처리시 상기 하부 기판 상의 열유속은 1300W/㎡ 내지 1800W/㎡인 염료감응 태양전지의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적외선 열처리는 적외선 램프를 이용하는 염료감응 태양전지의 제조 방법.
